“Probably best to try to visit during slower times as we found free parking pretty close, which was nice. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and service was very friendly and attentive, like the definition of why we love small businesses. Since I was dining with my husband we did the ole half and half so I got to try the Oklahoma Sunset and the Our Go To Italian. While the Oklahoma Sunset isn't really my style when it comes to sandwiches, I couldn't argue with the overwhelming love for it in the reviews so I went that route and was so glad I did. I was less impressed with the Italian, but, and that's a big BUT, I don't like parsley and that was, for me, the dominant flavor in the herb oil. So while I wouldn't recommend that sandwich, it's just preference. My husband enjoyed both but the clear winner was the Oklahoma Sunset. Definitely will be back and looking forward to it.“
“The best. I ordered some pastrami Sandwiches and Larry gave me some nice drink while waiting. Pretty cool guy with delicious food and fair price. Small local business with Homemade sandwich Style much better than artificial food.If you around don’t hesitate to come here.Thank You Larry“
“I get a sandwich here as a treat on my birthday every year. I love the Rachel. The sandwiches are really delicious and authentic to New York style, in my opinion. If you've ever enjoyed a Katz's style, super meaty, savory sandwich on toasted marble rye with toppings like Russian dressing and sauerkraut, come here! See you soon!“
“I'd never dine in at this restaurant before but it did help me pinpoint the location of Chapman university when I first started driving around the area. Hopefully one day I'll dine here, perhaps take my friends and family, and make it wonderful. Also as someone that loves both waffles and chicken and other kinds of well-made food. This is the best place if you're a student at Chapman or just some resident living nearby.Just ate here many time and I’m in love with the place!“
“Too noisy!Borders on not being a family restaurant.Did not get my order correct, however they corrected it with a smile.Turkey sandwich on triple wheat was tasty.Potato salad was okay. This is a Coca-Cola establishment, not Pepsi. Thank goodness.Employees were helpful to this handicap guy“
“It's one of the best sandwich shops around. Everything was fresh. The bread, meats, lettuce, tomatoes, dressing, sauce, etc. I had Tom's Choice. My friends ordered the California delight and turkado. The first bite of Tom's says it all. My taste buds and belly were happy.. It was a big sandwich. I could only eat half. Also, I had the potato salad, too. It was good. The sandwiches were way better. I would come back in the future. Thank you !!“
“I’ve been coming to Friday night trivia for years now. The food, the beer selection, the atmosphere are all superb. It’s a lively spot on Friday nights that feels like home.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome as it’s a family establishment.“
“The Hat is the BEST pastrami place ever!! I only wish there was one up North in Sacramento. But if not its nothing but a lil 6 1/2 hour drive to my favorite place ♥️ If you are ever in Southern California and you have never eaten at The Hat, you are truly missing out! Go to The Hat get a Pastrami sandwich, some Pastrami Chili cheese fries and an Orange Bang!!“
“This restaurant is probably the most reasonably priced sandwich shop in downtown Disney. I have gone there for breakfast before entering Disneyland and sometimes have had Dinner after a full day at Disneyland. I really liked that they make the salads when ordered. We were able to customize it without issue. For the sandwiches, the outside wrapper is clearly marked with a sticker with the name of the sandwich which I appreciate especially if there are several people in the group. The only complaint I had is that the avocado was extremely hard to find in my Chicken Bacon Avocado wrap. Otherwise the food was very tasty.“
“Sandwich place, fresh and tasty sandwiches made with French baguettesIt was a good experience, ordered roast beef spicy sandwich that comes with a side of jus and the Tom’s Choice sandwichPreorder, have a seat and wait for the pager when it’s doneFriendly staff“
“If you are reading this to see what the public thinks and you are craving a sandwich... Stop reading and buy now... they have a delicious seasoning ? and if you have 8 cylinders or more buy 2 ?. And don't even worry about the prices. I already tried everything before publishing and I recommend it 10/10.“
“Fresh food and excellent customer service. Gail is super sweet and makes sure she gets your order right. And she is able to get your food to you timely and it is so delicious! It is a hidden gem. Lunch it tends to get busy but if you're able to eat here it is really REALLY amazing! You won't be disappointed. I am so happy my coworkers and I go here for lunch when we can“
“We've been a few times now, and each visit was awesome. Normally, we sit on the patio with the pups. They're very dog friendly and offer a water bowl. It was a long day and we needed to relax so we ordered mai tais to celebrate. The Ruben here is very good, so that was our pick. The meat was half corned beef, and half pastrami. Comes with a choice of sides, and unfortunately, they don't have French fries. So we got Cole slaw. The waitstaff is on point with good service and being attentive. Parking is on the street, and they're located in the SoCo district. Highly recommend Roscoes for a great sandwich, pizza, or drinks.“
“I definitely love their decorations and overall atmosphere. They are friendly. They even offer to customize our coffee. And another thing I'd like to mention is their marble cake. They told me it's their family's favourite and it is indeed delicious. They open fron Wednesday to Saturday. Would come back again.“
“Can we just say how lucky we are that Stefano's is only a 5 min drive from our office! We love the assortment of yummy gourmet salads and sandwiches! Our favorites include the warm gnocci salad with the amazingly delicious balsamic chicken and pillowy soft homemade gnocci! We also love the Stefano's Salad and yummy lemon torte for dessert. We love that depending on your appetite you can get a small salad or a larger portion for days you're feeling super hungry. Stefano's is a treasured family owned and operated business and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in their doors.“
“I just enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie from Campitelli’s for the first time since the mid 1980s and it brought me back to that time: still a great quality cookie.Kudos to your quality - it never goes out of style - and your longevity. Y’all do it right. They like me are no longer in Brea, but it was a treat we indulged in once or twice a week for lunch while at the old BOHS.“
“The tuna sandwich was well made and very generous. It could have been a little more flavorful however. The price (I think about $8) was very reasonable. The service was very friendly and excellent.Overall, a good deal and best place nearby to get sandwiches when visiting the hospital.“
“Nice filling sandwiches with a lot of different flavors to choose from. I just feel that as good as their sandwiches are, the interior of shop could use an update. Still seems rather industrial in inside appearance. But definitely, you won't get these kinds of sandwiches anywhere else! And that includes in NYC since, being from Brooklyn, I've never seen them there. But that doesn't make them any less delicious.“
“Definitely check this place out! Came here on a whim! Was trying to get tonys deli in anaheim (permantly closed now though)Customer service was great on the phone and in person!Got the steak tri tip & steak prime rib sandwiches n mannnnnn this place smackssss???Plates came with some potato salad, really good! Kinda garlicy, I loved it..also ordered some fries to split, good size and very crispyOverall 5 out of 5 here will definitely be back!!! Total was 36. 06$$$ not too bad in this day n age. Check it out ya'll!!!!“
“What a fantastic new find! Found this place on DoorDash and decided to hop in after seeing some of the pictures. Definitely was not disappointed! Not only was my sandwich incredible and fairly priced, but the owner and staff was super friendly which of course makes me want to go back. The place was full with happy customers and I certainly will be one of them again. Thank you team!“
“For a quick food I loved the peruvian steak sandwich. It was the right amont of spice. A bit small but perfect for a light meal.my wife ordered Avocado Quinta Ensalada and she liked it.We end up cleaning our table. When you tip at a pick up food station you expect the tables are clean at the minimum. All the Napkin boxes were also empty so we had to walk back to register to ask for some.“
“Walked in and it’s very clean! The menu is right next to the door so you won’t have to squint to see the menu up front.Peruvian steak sandwich - bit spicy! must get it with the avocado! The creaminess helps the sandwich taste better in my opinion. This sandwich isn’t too big, so keep that in mind.Thai mango salad - if you like some tartness in your salad, this one is a good choice. The chicken isn’t dry. Noodles at the very bottom was good as well. If you want something light, I’d recommend this dish.Exterior: they do have outdoor seating and foosball table.Price: reasonable but $2.00 for a little bit of avocado is a bit much.Parking: Big parking plaza. You shouldn’t have issue finding parking!“
“This was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Tops any fast food chain, price was great 13$ I got a turkey, ham and cheese sandwich on a French roll with fries-10/10. The bread was soft, the meat and toppings high quality and the fries were fresh and crispy. The staff were very nice and everything was fresh to order! I hope I'll get the chance to be in the area again and eat here again! Travelers take note, best sandwich ever!“
“Drove a long way to get here as I couldn’t find a baked potato anywhere else. The mega potato was delicious, although the potato skin wasn’t at all crispy (I prefer baked potatoes with crispy skin). Toppings were good. Steak sandwich had enough meat but was somehow strangely sweet which I very much dislike in savory food. Won’t be ordering that again but would come back for the potatoes if I can’t find a better place. FYI the place is located in a really run down part of town with a lot of homeless people walking around. I wouldn’t bring kids anywhere near here. This is definitely a dive in a seedy area but it’s still worth checking out.“
“Hidden Gem of IrvineFast, Fresh, and Friendly! Sandwiches and Asian home cooking served with a smile. This is a Family Owned Business, ran by the same Asian couple everyday. The woman at the front counter is always happy and sweet, and the man making the food in the back is dedicated to his craft. They offer a large menu with variety for any pallet. I get the Home Cooked Stewed Pork Plate every time, highly recommended! Indoor and Outdoor seating available. Please give them a try!“
“Food matches tastes buds and as expected. We ordered sandwiches. Noodle dish and a coffee. Quick food, yes. Service is questionable as I felt I got lectured on using their website to order food nearly half of the transaction. The website functions were not apparent for customized orders and I couldn't add a noodle dish which I ended up buying in person.Thankfully, they were quick to pull out the jalapeños and cut the sandwiches. The place was clean and prices were super reasonable. Next Disney trip will include a quick stop again.“
“⚠️ WARNING ⚠️: there is a similar pet sitting business with the same name in the area, it is NOT this business but she no doubt capitalizes on it. This woman is named Mary, the other woman, Jeanine Burg, and her husband, who runs this at her home is absolutely insane. I mean, schizophrenia, believes successful people have made deals with the devil or “Baphomet” insane. I wouldn’t leave my goldfish with this woman, let alone any sentient creature whom I love. Don’t make the mistake I did and think it’s the same business.“
“Wonderful Sandwiches.Idk how y’all do it, but always consistent , always delicious, and fast .Super easy to call, and place an order for pick up as well.Great friendly service all the time .And there’s a boba place three businesses down .Highly recommend.Chicken saladEgg saladAndHam turkey , and avo are our go to .“
“Pretty pretty good, for my foray to this place. A friend mentioned that she'd eat at Ikes, up North, so I assumed that they were a NorCal feature. Fortunately, they're here as well, so I thought I'd give it a try.I got the ExGF or some nonsense sandwich, which had a avocado, Gouda, halal chicken (which is why I wanted to try it) and some other stuff. It was very good, quite filling, and I only ate half. I'll certainly be trying the other halal options and probably the vegan ones in the future.“
“We've been coming here since the 80s.. my kids went to school at Esperanza and have always loved the sandwiches. We've had the pleasure of 3 generations of sandwich makers. Love the homemade dressing. It's always our favorite turkey club, and I especially love the roast beef club.. we don't live local anymore, but whenever we're visiting family, we stop in.. a hidden gem, nothing fancy, just delicious...“
“A hotspot for breakfast and lunch. You will enjoy the great customer service.Feels like home there & have been going there for over 12 years now.The food is always good and I love the breakfast burrito. The coffee is hot and fresh.Pure Americana atmosphere.iG@Leicar2d2“
“Beautiful cozy clean deli , very delicious sandwich the owner made us today for me and my husband , such clean place, nice homey decorations , kind caring owner and staff , very good price , definitely will tell my friends and everyone in the area to stop by for a good drink or food“
“First time here. Stopped by before heading to fish at Santa Ana river lakes. I had the #25 avocado lovers turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on French roll with a small soup of the day which was Chicken Vegetable and a simple egg salad sandwich and white bread. Customer service was excellent, I assume it was the owner who helped u, he was very nice man and helpful. Food was delicious. The soup was flavorful and hott with loads of veggies.“
“This is a sandwich shop that offers sammies, salads, wraps, bowls, breakfast sides and a bar! The salads, bowls and wraps are new menu items. The shop is clean and well appointed with a bar area with fun chairs and a place to hang your purse! The service is friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable and can recommend anything you want per your desires. The food came out quickly and hot. The menu has your usual items and also some fun ones like the vice 13.5, a pulled pork sammie, the bulgogi wrap and the luau bowl. With so many goodies it was hard to decide but we chose the fan favorite breakfast burrito and the Italian cold cuts. Both were delicious. I added breakfast sausage to the burrito so it had that extra breakfast flavor. (They have other add ons). The Italian cold cut was filled with just the right ratios of meat, veggies and bread. Which I totally appreciate! We also had the tots and beer battered zucchini as sides which were both crunchy and delicious. We washed it all down with a mimosa and a blonde on tap. I was told there is a secret menu as well which includes the Mac Attack (it includes cheddar cheese, elbow macaroni, cheddar mornay and bacon bits!) and others. I clearly need to return!“
“The Jersey Mike's Subway was delicious. The second half was even better on the second day.One thing that kind of bugs me is their reference of vinegar and oil as "juice". Sandwich juice seems a bit gross. The staff were very nice and efficient. One man took my order, cut the baguette, and put the meat on the bread. The second Staff added the vegetables and juice, while the third rung me up.The site is relatively new. Clean and uncluttered.“
“Came after recommended by a co-worker. Was looking to a legit Korean food place near my new office in Santa Ana. This is the spot! Got their Bibimbap and it was literally the best I have tasted. My wife who is Korean gets them all the time and I can tell you this place makes the best. I really love how it is family ran and the sweet Korean lady and Korean man work here. I feel like I am in a Korean home. The best part is I got to practice my Korea language with the Korean lady and she chuckled. I hope that was a good sign that I'm learning! Anyway if your in the area please come support this place it will truly be worth it!“
“Although I already have a favorite for Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches this place is a close #2. Their food is tasty and they have my favorite kind of chewy ice. That in itself is reason for a good review. I do like Charley's... yummy...crunch crunch!!“
“I had passed this place multiple times and decided to give it a try today. So happy that I did! Meatball sub was the special of the day (whaaaat?!) and their meatball sub outclassed many "italian" restaurant meatball subs. I'm intrigued by the Chicago so that will be my next “
“Come on! It's the Lil Pickle. I have been going to this deli for many many years. I love the old school sandwich counter and the simplicity of the menu. Yes they make a ton of different sandwiches on French rolls regular bread, They have been serving the area forever. I remember playing Basketball at the college around the corner and some days I could not wait to crack the doors and walk in to my favorite sandwich shop. The smell of dill pickles, fresh brad and whatever oil and Vinegar the us brings me nostalgia. I frequent this place often For lunch because it's another one of those local sleepers. You drive by it everyday and you may not see it. It's super small and Practical. 5 thumbs up“
“Yummy stuffer in Anaheim is one of the last original locations. I’m trying their $9 bulgogi sandwhich. They build them with so much care and I was even recommended the omelete sandwich by another customer. The couple makes a 20 min drive here weekly for lunch and said it’s worth it every time. It’s definitely a hole in the wall mom and pop type of store. Follow my IG for more food recs! @waitfoodfirst“
“I went with my mom, we were at Kaiser and needed a quick bite in between labs, and didn't want fast food. The sandwiches were great and we had good service. Plenty of seating and parking. Mom and Pop shop, the decor is odd, but that did not matter to us. Would come here again :)“
“Ok so let me start by saying the foods amazing but it is not always the food that makes a great eating experience. Today’s trip was greeted by an amazing employee who her knowledge of the menu and pricing amazed even me. Plus friendly to boot hope owners/managers treat her right employees like that I try to steal for my restaurant usually! Her name was Tina.“
“Hands down the best subway I've ever been to. Dushan set me up with the best combination of Tuna, Wheat bread, sauces, and veggies. All I knew was that I wanted to eat healthy and that I wanted Tuna; I left the rest to him and he set me up perfectly. Dushan definitely knows what he's doing and he was operating that entire shop by himself. Not only was the sandwich food but he also was a great conversationalist. Looking forward to going her later this week!“
“had no time so i had to takeout my order, but the atmosphere of the cafe was so warm and cute!! got my chicken pesto panini today, and it is one of the best paninis i have ever had in my life ♥️ also i think the pricing is very fair especially considering the consumer price right now, and their customer service is also 10/10. definitely visiting them again soon.“
“Check out the photo of the menu with my post. Now, believe me when I say this is NOT your average sandwich shop. Yeah they have soft drinks, and chips, yeah they have a few tables, inside and out, yeah the service was friendly and fast. This place makes a really really great array of sandwiches. The Dutch crunch roll is one-of-a-kind, warm and toasty and unlike any other sandwich roll in my memory.Order from the menu or make your own, you will like their food!“
“Best darn chicken salad sandwich on squaw ive ever had! Amazing! Ill be back! Service wonderful. Truffle fries so so, ill skip that next time.Difficult to find. This is in the middle of a business district with little signage to point you in right direction so, we had to call to figure out where exactly their located. If you dont work there, you have no idea its there in the middle of the business park. Plenty of parking. Small location. Im sure its busy and tight during lunch being its surrounded by multiple businesses. Hours are limited and they close by 2pm and closed weekends.“
“I actually ordered Grubhub from here after a long day in Disneyland, so I cannot speak to the service inside the restaurant. But my food I received was one of the best meals I had on a 10 day California trip. The bang bang shrimp bowl outstanding“
“First time here, ordered a large meatball and a large Italian sandwich. Both were so frigging huge and delicious ?Nooo I didn't eat both, in fact I could only eat half of the Italian sandwich it was so filling ( good value for the money) but did take a bite of the meatball sandwich very very good. ?I will for sure go back to Firehouse Subs, they have a bunch of great menu items to choose from and the staff is very friendly and a very clean restaurant environment. ?“
“Togos sub sandwiches is my go to dinner option as they don't disappoint. My favorite is the Turkey cranberry, and gave the hot roast beef dip a try, and the hot meatball with extra marinara hit the spot. All of the items I've tried have been great. I order in the app and within 15-20 minutes it's ready. Ordering in the app is easy, however some items on the menu in store were not in the app. You can't go wrong with a freshly made sub on the way home!“
“Went to Subway to pick up an Uber order and of all the food service I go to whether it's personal or work Its not very often anymore you see really good customer service. This young man (im older!) is VERY POLITE to all the customers that come into Subway. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Love it!! Thank you Marcos YOU ROCK!!!“
