“The Jersey Mike's Subway was delicious. The second half was even better on the second day.One thing that kind of bugs me is their reference of vinegar and oil as "juice". Sandwich juice seems a bit gross. The staff were very nice and efficient. One man took my order, cut the baguette, and put the meat on the bread. The second Staff added the vegetables and juice, while the third rung me up.The site is relatively new. Clean and uncluttered.“
“I like the Vietnamese baguette sandwiches, and have been to other locations, but this one, in particular, was a more enjoyable ordering experience than others. I like when staff are polite, patient and smile and the lady taking my order around 12 on a Tuesday afternoon was exactly that. I've been to other Lee's locations where they are rude, don't even look at me, rush me, or make me wait while they are playing on their phones or chat with other customers, but this location was the best experience, and I would make an effort to come here specifically rather than other locations just for those reasons. Sandwiches are reasonably priced at $7 and less each, I got the vegetarian and chicken, both were delicious and only took about a 5 minute wait. The restaurant itself is simple decor and the typical clutter on the counter of this style place, but clean overall.“
“This is only my 2nd time here but I fell in love the 1st visit so I had to try it again. And it was an even better experience this time! All employees here are genuinely so nice and cheerful. They work so well together and make your food exactly how you want it and so delicious! PUNEET by far is one of the best employees/ people on this planet! “Been trying to try out different banh mi shops all over OC to give smaller shops and different businesses my service. Found this place on Yelp nearby the area we were in. The man who's probably the owner was very nice although he didn't speak much English. He knew enough to take your order though. They have different bakeries on the counter and even a refrigerator full of cold goodies as well. I even saw frozen egg rolls to take home to fry yourself. I ordered 4 special dac biet banh mis at around ~$6.50 each which were decently priced because they're overpriced here in San Diego and very much so in Hawaii at $10 each which I recently got back from vacationing. I also grabbed a bakery item on the counter that looks good. I don't know what it was but it had a salted duck egg on top. I asked the man if it was sweet like a dessert and he said no but I'm not sure if he fully understood me. We ate the banh mi the next day since we always buy to bring back home. After refrigeration and microwaving it was still delicious and the bread was very soft and fluffy and not because it was soggy or anything. I should have taken a photo of the inside of the sandwich I ate but I was too hungry and forgot.“
