“This was a tiny bit hard to find, but the door is on the right side of Starbucks on Main Street. The inside is a little uneventful, but that's not a reason to stay away from this magical place. They have a beautiful display of pastry offerings in their tiny showcase. And their bread shelves are all the way to the back of the room behind the counter, so its a bit hard to see what they offer on those. I came for a proper French croissant and cinnamon roll but left with a sack full of pastries! Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed in these excellent laminated buttery delights. We will definitely be back for true artisan bread and pastry!”

You get a spring roll and rice with the lunch portion and the spring roll was super delicious as well! The green tea was also delicious!”

I only wish they were open on Sundays.”

“Ever since I first had California Fish Grill’s fried Swai, I’ve enjoyed eating here. Since finding that they have grilled mahi mahi on the menu, I am loving the place even more. If you have never had mahi mahi, I HIGHLY recommend it. Mahi Mahi is a mild, flaky, white meat fish. It’s from the tropics and, to date, is only wild caught. If you like halibut, you’ll like mahi mahi. I prefer it with the garlic butter as I really want to taste the delicate flavor of the fish. Don’t miss this local Visalia, CA eatery. If you like fish, it’s a must!”

The owner makes everything fresh, service was FANTASTIC, waitress/cashier we had was so friendly, and just the right amount of attentive. The owner came out to ask how we liked the food- he was VERY personable, humble, and makes things with heart! Many of the recipes are family recipes! Our favorite new place! ( don’t be fooled by the location, this place is a true gem!)”

“I have a very low grade gluten allergy - no celiac or anything but boy did this make my meal experience miserable. I don't know how many times I told them not to worry too much as I wasn't going to die from a little bit of gluten, I had a supervisor warn the kitchen, a manager come to my table twice to argue my choice of meal(chicken and potatoes) and my meal came 15 minutes after my husbands did. You would think that they would have the decency to comp a drink or something but we received the bill with everything on it and full price. And to add fuel to the fire - it was my birthday.

update: Olive Garden did well in making this right. We revisited the restaurant and had a wonderful experience with an excellent waiter and had a delicious meal. The difference was to just let the waiter know that the gluten issue was a "preference" rather than an allergy. To those the redeemed the restaurant, Thank you!”

“Lived in Visalia for 20+ years and I've always seen this place but never gone. It's easily the best Chinese food in the city in my opinion. A sweet older Asian couple are the only people working and they are very friendly and accommodating. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. And the price is cheaper than most if not all the other Chinese places in the city. We got broccoli chicken, broccoli beef, and orange chicken with fried rice and chow mein and I will absolutely come back and try the whole menu.
The flavor of each dish was so POP WOW AMAZING. Definitely recommend to anyone craving delicious food. Me and my fiance cam back and ordered ONE lunch special plate for the both of us and it was plenty of food. Good portions.”

“They actually make the food made to order and more importantly they get your order right come on like other fast food chains which oftentimes will put whipped cream on your milkshake even though you specifically asked them not to and they repeated it back to but I still do it anyway. The staff is very kind and always offers a pup cup to my dogs. Day care about the value and quality of the food that put out and it shows.

“We walked here from our hotel not expecting much but really impressed by the service and food! The atmosphere is clean and simple, with a few tvs playing Hispanic sports and news. Booths line the walls and banquet tables down the middle. Beer service only; no liquor, fyi.
The food portions are very large, and incredibly fresh and hot. The server was super sweet and made conversation while going above and beyond. Will likely return here several times on this trip.

Their make one of the best burgers since Mearls on Mooney Blvd. They make a great Milkshake just wish they were bigger! I just try and keep telling myself, our American portions lg, bigger, jumbo and super jumbo (I have no idea what sizes are in order) this had to be helpful obese problems!
So I don't recommend changing anything!”
