Being from Massachusetts, I know how the donuts should look. Here's a hint, THEY ARE DONUTS, NOT SANDWICHES! You DON'T cut the donuts in half, THEN add the filling! You squeeze it in, and the creme filled you leave a dollup on top! Someone from back east needs to come out and teach these fools how to do it! *Update* it's a hit or miss depending on who is working and what day. Somedays it's a long wait with not so good food, other days it's bomb! Still better than Starbucks either way.
