This was my first and last time going to this Wingstop on Mooney in Visalia. At 8:03 pm on Sun. April 7, 2024, I went in to place an order and was told it would be an HOUR long to get the food. Had my daughter not been craving it so badly, I would have demanded my money back. I was able to go home and went back over to Wingstop at 8:51 pm and still had to wait an additional 17 minutes for them to call my name. Mind you, when I came back, the store was so full of people.. I’m a big fan of Wingstop lately it hasn’t been on point. For some reason the last 3 time I’ve ordered I’ve got soggy fries & look like they been left overnight in dirty oil. I got a whole potato the other time as well. I love Wingstop but 20$ for a 10pc combo is a lot & for it to not come out right just don’t sit right wit me.
