Food is always good. But the service is not always friendly... Seems you have to ask for a bag for your sandwich and chips... and napkins or anything else. They offer you absolutely nothing unless you ask. I have always thought this was rude and that says something about the training... Obviously, they were trained not to offer anything... That is strange, in my opinion. As long as you ask for everything you need, the food is always good...Parking: Plenty

I got to Jimmy John's usually once a week. Tonight (Sunday Aug 6th @6pm my husband and I went in. There was one worker making sandwiches and as soon as we came in she greeted us and said it would be a min. She was working on another order and she seemed to be the only one working. Alex and the amazing team were super friendly, efficient, and great customer service. Not only did my food taste great, the place clean inside and out (bathroom too), the service was exemplary.
