Extremely slow service first time I dined in and they took 10 minutes to acknowledge me 2nd time was in drive thru for nearly 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of me sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and they took a cars order that arrived after me I won’t be back I’d rather spend more and go to Wendy’s or Taco.bell in the same parking lot
Order quarter pounder Large combo, Big Mac Large combo on line and used my points for a Big Mac. Took 30 min from when I got in line to when I got my food. My quarter pounder looked like a smash burger from sonic. Burnt to a crisp. It tasted sour like they added something to it.
I too have gotten ignored by the staff.McDonald’s use to have the best fries and chicken nuggets. Fries are always burnt and cold, we usually get scraps. Chicken nuggets are probably sitting in the counter for about ten minutes because when I go through the drive thru the person tells me to park in a certain number and other cars are parked in the number they asked me to park in.
