“This hidden gem is magical. You can't go wrong with any food items you order, and the staff is happy to help you find a wine to your liking to go along with it. The atmosphere is perfect. I really hope they bring back brunch, because finding out that was not a thing anymore was heart breaking. We gotta get that brunch back!“

“I'm officially a big fan of Skaf's. The kabobs are amazing. So juicy and flavorful. And the spices give each skewer that comforting, zesty taste that has you deeply savoring each bite. If you've had excellent Lebanese food before, then you know what I'm talking about. I ordered for pickup so didn't eat in. However, I was very impressed with the setup. Very modern and clean, but still homey, intimate, and inviting. The service? Everyone there was incredibly friendly and hospitable. They're clearly people that aim to please! Love it. The only thing that didn't wow me was the rice. The rice was just average. But the fresh crunch of the cabbage salad more than made up for it. If you're near Glendale and craving Middle Eastern / Mediterranean, then this is the spot!“

“Carousel has been there for So many years, they have the absolute best Mediterranean food you can get anywhere. Highly recommended. They were open until 5:30pm and this girl did not want to make baklava to go with our Middle Eastern feast.The gal who helped me was very nice and let me know which tray was the most popular. She also offered me a sample to try. It was so fresh and delicious!I bought a 36 piece variety of pistachios and walnut baklava. It was around $39. Each pound costs $17. Well worth it. “We have visited Tarme several times and we have been very happy with the food and service & the cleanliness of the restaurant. We have ordered several of times the fried fish. It is a whole fish crispy on the outside but tender on the inside . Very tasty with a pita, hummus & tabbouleh. My husband and I share it & we love it. We have also tried their chicken and beef kabob and these are also very delicious. Outdoor patio seating is a nice option if you want some fresh air.“

“I've been coming to RoRo's for like 15 years or something. Nothings changed and it's still just as tasty as ever. In a world where quality seems to diminish over time, RoRo's has stood the testament of time and is still one of my favorite hole in the wall spots to eat at in Hollywood. The service is very friendly and the food is very tasty! Don't forget the garlic sauce! A great addition to any meal. I highly recommend the chicken shawarma plate. It comes with pita bread and they will heat up the pita for you if you ask. The hummus is amazing and I love making my own little pita pockets out of the ingredients on the plate. “Excellent food. I was the only customer in the place not of Middle Eastern descent. For me, thats an excellent sign that the food is very good.I got the combo with chicken, beef, and kafta kabobs. All were very good. Tender meat that tastes fresh. Cooked just right. Chicken and beef were very juicy. Beef was not fatty.The hummus was a little heavy on the tahini flavor for me.I've been here several times through the years and I've never been disappointed.Storefront place with indoor seating only.Parking lot is pretty small, so I can see parking being difficult during busy times of day.“

We were literally the first and only patrons in this cavernous venue. The place is large and not intimate. We initially thought the restaurant —which looks and occasionally operates as a dining hall— was booked for a private event later the evening. Wrong. The staff kindly humored us and prepared a feast. Around 830, folks started to appear. We had other commitments so unfortunately we had to leave before the entertainment started. We'll be back another weekend evening. At 9.“
