Over the years, Petrossian has remained so consistent with their offerings of not just luxe caviar, but other foodstuffs as well, with great supporting sauces, creams, desserts, etc. Since the pandemic there's a bit of cutting back, though not where it really counts for me. I do miss getting their print catalogs, but their online presence is good and stacks up well against those of other caviar purveyors

This was our first time at Caviar/Wine Pairing dinner...it was so much fun there were 16 of us and we only knew 2 so got to know so many new people...Chris the GM was so knowledgeable and had great stories about the wines, caviar or food...and the food was so fabulous...so tasty and different...5 courses where most everyone licked their plates! Truly lots of fun...

One of the best breakfasts that we have had in Los Angeles this year. They specialize in dishes with caviar and although expensive it is definitely the sort of place that is worth the visit. Service was polite and prompt, and parking was extremely easy. They don’t have a parking lot however, we are able to find metered street parking directly across the street. We had reservations at 11 when it opened and spent pretty much our entire meal alone in the dining area which was great. They have a lot of great options on the menu, so it was hard to choose what to order because there were so many that we wanted to get. It’s really bright and open on the inside. The tables are not too close together, they have fresh flowers all around the dining area and overall it looks very elegant. They also have a large area where you can buy different jams, caviar, smoked salmon, other things.We started off with a couple of lattes and some orange juice, which was a great and sweet start to the meal. For our dishes, we chose the Eggs Benedict and the Caviar Frites. Both had a lot of caviar on them and had delicious flavors. The eggs on the Benedict were cooked perfectly and the sauce was really well-made. The fries were good alone themselves but with the crème fraîche and trout roe it really made them special.Overall a delicious brunch option in West Hollywood. I would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Such a treat to have brunch at Petrossian. Billy is the greatest waiter in Los Angeles and the rest of the staff is first rate. We typically select two 30 gm caviars and "taste test" over a bottle of Champagne. The restaurant has one of the best salads in the city and the scrambled eggs are so good, you can hear your arteries slamming shut. Always a pleasure to have a civilized meal at Petrossin.

I ordered the smoked salmon flatbread and bibb salad and wish I had more room in my belly for more!The smoked salmon flatbread was too perfect. From the perfectly baked flatbread to the sprinkles of red onion and Capers on top. I really couldn't fault it at all.The salad was also such a great balance between the creaminess of the burrata, the crunch of the beans and radishes and the right amount of dressing. It's too bad I couldn't finish it because I was too full from taking on the flatbread solo!Overall I had a really delicious brunch, served by really friendly staff and it made for a memorable first meal in LA.It's quite pricey but honestly worth ever penny!
