“For my father's birthday, a family friend gifted us a fruit tart cake from this bakery. First, the fruit was extremely fresh. The initial bite and crunch (from the tart) was absolutely delicious. Almost a blend between a cake, fruit tart and a flaky croissant. This was a pleasant surprise and possibly, my favorite type of cake. My father loved his cake!“
“Whenever I'm in Westminster, I try to drop by this gem. Parking is plenty, as it's next to the stater bros. This is the only place I will order the special banh mi over my go-to grilled pork. Everything in it has the perfect ratio, and I just... no notes. Get it. They also have a great selection of vietnamese pastries and goodies if you're more snackish than hungry. I recommend the cow cakes. They're so ploosh and the coconut syrup has a bit of saltiness. It's excellent. Customer service here is always superb.“
“Who would have taught having a pate chaud banh mi would be this good!!! The pate chaud itself was flakey, crispy and super fresh but adding all the banh mi fixing made it even better. It can be a little messy eating it but so worth it. I can definitely eat 2 of these. I bought some regular pate chaud to take home and it was still delicious the next day. Service was also friendly.“
“When I first tried a bahn mi sandwich, I was 15 years old, I was not in love until I had a @carrotanddaikon crispy pork belly bahn mi, then I was hooked and addictively in love!!! I got my parents and sister seriously hooked and this addiction is really affordable, with tax it's a little over $8! Lots of places I know charge double and it's nuts! The bread is always crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. The combination of regular and spicy mayo hits the spot with a very generous layer pretty thick slices of crispy skinned pork belly, then the pile of pickled carrots and daikon, cucumbers, jalapeño slices and cilantro. All of that for around $8 and for me, it's too large that I share it with my mom or kids. There are over 20 different types of Bahn Mi sandwiches to pick from but the crispy pork belly is my FAVORITE! This spot also has great drinks such as the watermelon juice and if you feel you need caffeine, this spot also serves @whipdessertcafe coffee drinks. I enjoyed the Ube and Egg Cream Topped Latte! The best part now, this spot makes it so easy to order now either online or via their app! Just keep in mind, this is like a quick pick up spot and not really a chill spot.“

“They got some good stuff, but there were a few bees flying around in one of the cases that had product in it. Honestly, I would've ordered something from that case if I did feel like an item out of it. Got something from the case next to it. They're just bees. People use bees. Now, if they were flies, of course, that's different and gross, of course. No flies anywhere. I'd go back for sure. I had a croissant with sausage egg cheese as well. Pretty damn good.“
“My sister ordered a cake from this bakery as a surprise for me. She was able to text the bakery the inspiration picture and had it done the same day. There is a disclaimer that cakes with more complexity wouldn't be able to be fulfilled the same day which is understandable. The cake itself was yummy and the cream had a hint of champagne? I'm not sure if there was any alcohol but it tasted like the cream had some in there. This was also my first time trying a cake that used fondant. Very interesting taste and texture. Although in the future I would prefer butter cream, but I'm not sure if they have that here.“
“My all time favorite coffee. The best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had, and I've tried a lot. I drive 25 minutes every week to get some coffee and chicken pate chaud. The coffee is so flavorful with a good kick. I honestly can't get enough of this coffee, it's seriously the best I've ever had. And the chicken pate chaud is so perfect for a simple morning snack. It's on a small street and hidden in a small plaza so make sure not to miss it!“

“I just saw an Instagram Reel about someone making some bánh chưng and using a waffle iron to make it crispy. I was intrigued. I've never heard of bánh chưng nor had it before. But, it seems similar to a Chinese tamale (zongzi or doong). I Yelped and found Minh Phung as a place that sells bánh chưng. It's in an industrial strip mall tucked away in a residential area. I went in and the lady that helped me told me they only had one bánh chưng left since it was about a week past the Lunar New Year. So, she sold it to me for $15. She offered and I didn't even consider asking. Normally it's $26 so I got quite a deal. Such a nice lady. Thanks so much!“

“Cute bakery that's very popular in the community. They sell cute character macarons and other pastries. Their beignets are most popular but i still like the ones from Disneyland better. But overall I still enjoyed this bakery. Warning: parking can be tricky even on a weekday!“
