Chilly weather has me craving noodle soup. I haven't had bun bo hue in ages. I saw bun bo Nam which is only beef no pork or pork blood so I decided to give it a try.It is very delicious. The taste is good. The smell of the broth is strong but good. Added more chili oil sauce to kick up the spice a little. You know the place is legit when you're still craving for bun bo hue weeks later. Flavors were great, so much depth and they have all the toppings you'd expect in a traditional bowl of bbh. Place is clean. Their menu offers two kids size noodle options - pho and bbh! Service was fast and they have scissors to cut the kids noodles too if you need them. We can't wait to go back!
