“Not sure why there are a few bad reviews, because this was one of the best spots I've ever been to. We got chilaquiles los compadres & I got the pancakes los compadres. As you can tell presentation was great & flavor was for sure there! & the service was amazing. The restaurant is so cute & clean, it's our new favorite spot. Y'all gotta try them out“
“Everything we ordered for breakfast was delicious. Melissa took good care of us. We sat by one of the windows, which allowed us to the creek and greenery around it. We enjoyed everything about this place. It was clean, friendly, and a great time.“
“The menu offers a variety of classic breakfast and lunch options, ranging from fluffy pancakes and hearty omelets to fresh salads and gourmet sandwiches. Each dish is prepared with care and attention to detail, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.“
“This place is great! It’s a diner in the back and takeout doughnuts in the front. The food is delicious. The people are nice and the prices are low. Definitely worth a visit.Kid-friendliness: The kids will love all the different varieties of donuts“
“This place ticks all the boxes. It’s a breakfast/lunch place that owns its place in the market. Our server, Alysa, was friendly in that welcoming way that lets you know she is going to take care of you. They offer a full espresso menu so I got my morning burst of sugar with a mocha and my hubby got an extra shot in his cappuccino. The menu is pretty extensive for a breakfast place. I had the traditional eggs Benedict, my hubby had a breakfast scramble with linguisa (he’s half Portuguese so he sees linguisa as a treat)Moving on, the food was out faster than most drive thru services. It was served hot, house made, and fresh. They even bake the bread daily. I had a bite of the wheat sourdough and was amazing. (I might suffer for the gluten, but it was worth it)The building itself is old, spotless, and full of nostalgia. There are 1950’s automobile front grills hung high the walls, old photos of the building, and bicycles between the healthy plants hung around the dining room.Delish!“
“The food was tasty. We enjoyed a mushroom spinach omelet, cubed potatoes (home fries?) And a fried shrimp platterService was fine, but not exceptional. But the atmosphere was kinda yucky. When we walked in, we could smell the bathrooms. They are located in the front, near the "wait to be seated" area. The 1s thing you get blasted by is all the fake chemical smells used to clean and cover up odor. Then you smell the odor. ? We were only 1 of 2 customers in the whole establishment. So service was prompt. The music was so loud and NOT conducive to digestion. It was 90's pop/rap genre. I would hope for something more calm, or simply instrumental.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.Kids we not offered any sort of child menu or coloring as most places do. But we weren't bothered by it, just noting it.“
“Everything we got was great! Very reasonable prices and great service. The mashed potatoes are the best. They also make their own ranch and its good! We are definitely going to be here a lot more often. I got the patty melt on sourdough and my husband got the chicken fried steak dinner, also came with a salad but we ate it before I got pictures. I dont think my server knew that a patty melt comes with grilled onions because there was an extra charge for them and there wasnt much. I love grilled onions, wish they would put more on. I just let it go. But this is a great place, come on in!“
