“Went in a couple of times & it was good, but today was great! When I entered, I was greeted right away by the guy in the green colored highlighter shirt. He said it with positive attitude! Not many people greet with a positive attitude due to them being annoyed, but not him! I asked him for his name & I believe it was Jacob. As I was picking out my toppings, I was indecisive so I asked the girl working with him & she was giving me her toppings of choice, giving me suggestions on what to get. When I paid, I asked for her name too & it was Vanessa. Idk why many people leave negative reviews about this place but it's amazing as the workers there, especially these two! Hope to see them again next time! 10/10 would come again!“

“The guy that usually works evenings is very nice & friendly. He deserves a raise. The owner/manager of the store working days is a rude racist. He treats my close family member like dirt. This family member is mixed race. I see the mgr. Go out of his way to be nice to others, but not my relative The manager ignores my relative, makes him wait to be checked out, ringing up ppl behind him in line first. My relative is a good customer who comes in daily. He and I will only go there in the evening when that nice gentleman is working.“

“I recently went here for a date night out and was blown away by the friendliness of everyone who worked there. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They gave us recommendations based on flavors they thought we would like and even got us to experiment with new flavors (the balsamic and strawberry). “Love it here but sad my wonka cookie didn't have W's :( and I got the party box. I love the staff here. This has to be my only complaint. I purchased the box on the release day. Wish the gold W was done on the cookies as they were marketed Willy Wonka cookies. That was the coolest part haha. “Handel's Ice Cream is a flavor paradise! I've never seen such an extensive selection of flavors in my life. The girl taking our orders was incredibly patient, friendly, and provided excellent recommendations, contributing to an overall great service experience. I opted for a scoop of pineapple coconut, and it was a delight--fruity yet creamy, with delightful bits of pineapple and coconut adding to the experience. One of my friends went with the classic Rocky Road and was equally pleased. A must-visit for any ice cream enthusiast!“

“Delicious cookies as always. My kids love them and this location is super convenient since it’s so close to my job. Place is clean and they always have everything in stock. I just wish they had curbside so I didn’t have to get out of my car to pick up my order when I use the app.Parking: Located inside the Target/Kohls shopping area so there’s tons of parking. “If you like huge, sugary, buttery cookies like I do, then you must try this place. They have a couple staples from what I gathered and then make special limited addition flavors. I tried the vanilla cupcake and it was so delicious. They are so decadent, I will have to restrict myself to coming to this place once or twice a year, but if someone brings them to me more often then I won't refuse.“

“First time I even noticed this yogurt shop inside of Gelson's. I figured I'd give it a try. Glad I did. First off, Fernando and Kevin are awesome. Very pleasant. Fernando allowed me to try as many flavors as my heart desired. The service he provided was excellent. I tried their sweet vanilla and vanilla tart yogurt, chocolate yogurt, and some of their ice cream flavors. Everything was absolutely delicious. I ended up getting the vanilla sweet yogurt mixed with the vanilla tart yogurt. It was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. The texture of the yogurt is very smooth. Absolutely loved it. They also have a huge selection of low carb and low sugar flavors they alternate daily (see attached monthly calendar for flavors). Looking forward to trying how these taste next time I come. Highly recommend this place!“

“We love having this place here! Their waffle bowls and cones are made fresh and they are delicious. Our favorite flavors are coffee and butter cake. They don't have too many flavors but enough to make you contemplate what you want to get. The shop inside used to be cute but you can start seeing wear and tear over the years. Their AC must have broken because they have 2 standing units connected by a tube from their ceiling to blow air. Rent must be high in Calabasas so I hope they can survive with costs rising.“

“I crave their ube malted crunch. It's perfectly creamy. Texture is velvety and luscious simply melting on your tongue. You'll have to turn your spoon upside down to get the full bite. The cold contrast with the added malt balls give a bite of airy Carmel sort of taste, just perfect. One scoop is plenty but if you're feeling daring go for the two! If you can handle two you may just be able to adventure into three.“

We had a delicious bacon, egg, & cheese croissant made to order as well as apple fritters with the right amount of crispness and apples AND a bear claw that ended up being stuffed with cinnamon apples. “Very interesting Van Leeuwen location. When we went at night it was the only establishment that was open in a plaza full of boutiques. All the other lights were dim and off and low and behold an ice cream oasis! Am I hallucinating lol? It was kind of eerie and when we went in the cashier didn't say hi or acknowledge us but stared! Apocalyptic vibes! Nonetheless I'm still gonna rate it a 4 because the ice cream is delicious- honeycomb one is our fav! Indeed an oasis in a dry and empty land. “Conchita's has a delicious coconut with pecans raspado. Never tried anything like it. The yogurt and tostilocos and raspado are great too. They have much more than that. Everything is freshly made. Quality and service are both exceptional. Will be back for more.“

I was just visiting from out of town but my friend who lives on that block goes there once a week or so and he got the chili dogs and Gyro pictured.
