Atmosphere was pretty good and the only negative of sitting on patio is couple transients passing back and forth staring at us. “Tacos and margs are pretty stellar at this place. Came on Taco Tuesday, which is $1 off all tacos and $9 margs. Place wasn't busy when we got there at 12 and we were able to get our food and drinks very quickly. FYI it's more of a trendy sports bar than a restaurant, so don't be thrown off when you walk in, but deff a good place for casual lunch or happy hour.For drinks, husband and I both got the classic marg, which had a decent amount of tequila. Enough to made you happy but didn't make your eyes burn when you drank it (make sense?)We ordered 4 tacos in total (short rib, chicken, shrimp and carnitas). Short rib was my favorite by far. Super flavorful with picked onions and a spicy salsa verde sauce. Husband also really liked the chicken, which was also a little spicy (not as much as the short rib) and I also got the shrimp, which was bomb. The pineapple salsa on top really made the shrimp shine. The carnitas was ... fine. Not bad but nothing to write home about. Also ordered the carnitas nachos. Prob would have ordered this with short rib had I known how good that was. They come pretty stacked with pork, shredded cheese, homemade cheese sauce, tomatoes and onions, but personally felt like they needed some acid. Pro tip, ask for the spicy salsa verde on the side. It deff satisfied that "somethings missing" feeling. Once got that we really enjoyed the nachos. Overall, we really liked this place. Food and drinks were really good and it's off the beaten path enough that you can sit and enjoy your food in a laid back place without crazy LA prices.“
“We decided to try this new bar after a recommendation from a friend. Our 1st impression wasn't the greatest from the graffiti on the front glass. But as we entered thru the back alley we realized it was very nice and open inside. They had several tv's to catch your favorite game and a great sound system. But our favorite part had to be the surprising delicious food menu. This wasn't your typical bar food menu. We had the chicken samosa's, Jalapeno poppers and lamb kabob. Everything was made fresh unlike most bars where the foods frozen from smart and final. They went above and beyond to make it a unique dining experience. So if you're ever in the canoga park area. Give this place a try. Oh and our bartender Jennifer was great! Very attentive and always checked to see if we needed anything. We'll definitely be back soon!“
“Work right across from here so this place is one of my go-tos for lunch. Never actually sat down and ate inside even though the energy is always feels good. I've gotten just fries from this place about 4-5 times. There's a reason i've gotten it 4-5 times. They're crispy, always fresh and well seasoned. They also give you three sauces: spicy mayo, garlic aioli, and honey mustard. All are amazing and my favorite is mixing all the sauces and putting them on top of the fries. I've also orders the mozzarella sticks and the classic burger, no cheese, lettuce tomato and pickles. The mozzarella sticks are big and the cheese stretch is perfect. For the burger I didn't care much for the bun but the taste of the burger was amazing. I always come back and will always come back.“

“I'm an Irish guy from Glendale and a US veteran to boot, been to a lot of restaurants and bars... this pub is wonderful. Love the food, atmosphere, and people that work there are great peps. The owner is a super friendly guy "Willy" and was always walking around talking to people, like a good business owner will do. No wonder this bar has been and is a staple for Santa Monica. Parking is okay, but it's Santa Monica! Lol Anyways, love this bar! Next time I'll take a picture of the Irish breakfast that I ordered on Saturday 03/16/24. It was GREAT!“
“Their food is great. The molcajete can be shared between three that's how big I felt it was. Their drinks are delicious I got one drink it came in a coconut it was sweet and creamy it had so much juice they had to bring it in a separate cup. Their micheladas preparadas are good too they put shrimp around it. Sometimes it can be very packed depending on what time you go but it's worth it and the environment it's always friendly, both times I came I got to listen to mariachi“
“Came here to watch some college football. Very nice mellow atmosphere, fantastic service and very accommodating when asked to put on a certain game. Three of the four that came with ordered an outstanding nachos plate and I had the chicken avocado salad which was really just okay. I'll try something different next time. “We wanted to try a new place and this was a great choice. Had the fish tacos, AMAZING!! Had the pulled pork nachos, also AMAZING!!! Of course we had drinks. Wine isn't the right choice, but they have a variety of beers. Had the michelada and my lips are still a bit spicy. Super yummy. I would recommend this place to friends and we will be back.“

“Driven past this spot for years. So I decided to take the plunge, so to speak and have a go at it. I tried their fish and chips, and they were amazing. The portions were awesome and well priced. The service was fast and friendly. It was pretty busy, but my food was out pretty quick. The peri peri sauce was a new find for me and I'll get that in the future. Their menu is wide ranging, and the beer and drink menu looks quite extensive as well. Also, the bar itself is pretty cool, and lots of rugby memorabilia there too. Pretty cool crowd. “Came here for happy hour on a weeknight. Decently busy but there were a few open tables in the bar area.The bar area is pretty small but can’t beat the happy hour. For the price, the food is a great value as well as the drinks.My only complaint is that the music is way too loud for the size of the space. Or am I just getting old?“

“I enjoyed Sunny's because the dj is actually a good dj, and I love good music and good vibes. The energy is cool. It has nice ambiance and laser lights and smoke at the end of the second song for the dancers. Angel is the best "slow dancer" and also I really liked the girls outfits they wear. Not too revealing but just a tease the people need. It's LGBTQ friendly and the security go out of their way to protect the dangers from creeps. The only thing I would recommend though is that they expand the women's dressing room into a bigger dressing room for all of the dancers. And for how touchy feely the guys try to get at the bar I would say they should charge more for the guys that want to do that at the bar itself. Like for every touch that should be an extra $20 Lmaoo. Idk something like that.. and security should walk all the girls to they're cars but yeah..that's it. “Lots of different areas to hang out, but not quite enough seating, service was quick, and the wings are really good, they definitely make a good margarita. The arcade games are not super expensive and therefore it is more fun to hang out and play them a little longer.
