Their drinks are delicious I got one drink it came in a coconut it was sweet and creamy it had so much juice they had to bring it in a separate cup. Their micheladas preparadas are good too they put shrimp around it. Sometimes it can be very packed depending on what time you go but it's worth it and the environment it's always friendly, both times I came I got to listen to mariachi“
“Came here for happy hour on a weeknight. Decently busy but there were a few open tables in the bar area.The bar area is pretty small but can’t beat the happy hour. For the price, the food is a great value as well as the drinks.My only complaint is that the music is way too loud for the size of the space. Or am I just getting old?“
“Driven past this spot for years. So I decided to take the plunge, so to speak and have a go at it. I tried their fish and chips, and they were amazing. The portions were awesome and well priced. The service was fast and friendly. It was pretty busy, but my food was out pretty quick. The peri peri sauce was a new find for me and I'll get that in the future. Their menu is wide ranging, and the beer and drink menu looks quite extensive as well. Also, the bar itself is pretty cool, and lots of rugby memorabilia there too. Pretty cool crowd. “This has been a favorite of mine for over 15 years. The pepperoni pizza is the BEST pizza in town. 2 for 1 Happy Hour is great. If you like sports they have every game playing on so many TVs! Great bartenders and servers. It's an awesome place !“
“Found this place by accident because it was the only convenient parking. The lady was so incredibly nice and welcoming. Food came out super fast, and was very fresh. I was also impressed by the incredibly competitive prices. My meal was about $13 for 5 wings and fries. Many places would charge me closer to $20. Honey garlic wings: 10/10 (slight kick, I don't normally like any spice, however I really didn't mind on these, they were very good) Side note: The sauce was just drizzled on, not covering the whole thing. I thought it was perfect, the chicken was great on its own, and it wasn't drowning in sauce. Sometimes places go overkill on the sauce to compensate for mid chicken, not the case here. I don't know how it can get better than this in LA.“
“I was in town for just 24 hours and heard good things about The Elbow Room, so I decided to give it a try and I was BLOWN away! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by several people and got a table in the back of the bar. I always get the Pilsner , which tastes delish! Their food is awesome too! The shepherds pie, pretzel bites and patty melts are my favorites. They also have specials, last time I got the Filet O Fish sandwich, so good! The atmosphere is very chill, nice neighborhood bar / Irish pub with a very long history. The bartenders are always nice, you have to try this spot. They are only really opened on the weekends so plan accordingly!“

“Ok so I recently decided to eat here I think before this visit I'd played around in here a few timesanyway overall I like Dave and busters. This one though the people here are kinda rude when I other locations it's always very welcoming. This one short answers and so/so service. I live in the San Gabriel valley so not far from Arcadia and Ontario witch like going to and I work near the one at the block at orange that one is always pleasant nice people at that Dave and busters anyway back to this visit. It took about 20 minutes after sitting down to get noticed to order food staff just kept waking by me no help ??food was ok boneless wings and a burger ? I'll add this location doesn't do eat and play specials witch make other locations nice to visit anyway I purchased the spring break pass 80 bucks on top of my meal check ouch ? anyway I'm a little ticked because im an adult with no kids but overall i like the D&b experience of coming in and playing to rack up points and tickets the fine print of the spring break promo you buy an 80 dollar card and play for nothing if i was a parent id be livid i mean talk about being robed of the overall experience and nobody bothered to tell me this I really feel a little violated that it wasn't mentioned ?? this location needs an attitude adjustment with staff rude rude rude“

Wine isn't the right choice, but they have a variety of beers. Had the michelada and my lips are still a bit spicy. Super yummy. I would recommend this place to friends and we will be back.“

“Islands is a classic family favorite. I miss the giant birds that they had at the old location back in the day, however the modern day Islands is fresh take on the beachy island vibe of yesteryear. They have a spacious outdoor patio, bar space and plenty of booths inside. The menu has changed quite a bit over time (they have a burrito on the menu now?), but they are typically known for their burgers and fries. Their fries are so good and they always come in a large portion. I can never get enough! I ordered the big wave and the kid's burger for my son. For your burger you have a choice of bun (wheat or white) or you can do it lettuce wrapped. I thought the kids menu had a lot of great options for littles. My son really liked his side of pineapple! However his burger was SO salty. It was saltier than my big wave burger was, so not sure if this was a fluke or the kids burgers are just saltier. Didn't love it. I enjoyed my big wave. It's exactly what you would expect and the veggies on it tasted crisp and fresh. Service was great too! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Overall the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I come here more for the nostalgia of it but I do crave their fries often!“

I was quick to befriend a comedian who informed me that the White Russian drinks they make are good. Their prices are extremely reasonable compared to most bars in LA. Tip if you have a residual check for under a dollar you get a free drink. Make some friends with old people. I met a variety of different interesting characters. The ambiance is dark and comfortable with soft lighting and plush seating available. It can get loud with games. Parking is available in a paid lot but the machines weren't working the day I was there. Street parking is also available (read the signs) and there's also metered street parking.“
