“Been there multiple times - our favorites have been the rolls and the lobster tacos. Also needs to be paired with the fries and tater tots half and half mix. It’s the perfect meal. Parking is the only downside. The lot for that building is super expensive so we usually spend a couple extra minutes finding street parking. But it’s worth it for really well-priced, fresh, well-seasoned lobster and crab meat- and really friendly service!“

This place is also a wait on weekends so can be very crowded.Waffles are so tasty. I can only eat one to two squares depending on if I am eating anything else. I had the corned beef breakfast with a half waffle (she heard me wrong). I got to keep my toast and hash browns but I still got my waffle. I also ordered fruit with all berries. Which, btw, is worth the extra $1 they charge (server told me ahead of time).Everything came out hot and pleasing to the eye. Of course, I enjoyed every bite and still had some leftover for the next day.I will be back again. A great listener, knew the menu perfectly, exceptionally aware and alert about her customers and colleagues in general.When our fries were a bit undercooked by our standards, she explained they were as designed but that she'd order another order that would be crispier. We offered to pay for them, but she insisted that we don't. Truly unexpected.I think our only observation is that we thought the burger (which i sm certain is weighed) was just a bit small for the size bun they've chosen. Otherwise, flavor, consistency, cooked properly to medium well was flawless.Thanks for the wonderful experience.All five star, even atmosphere, simple because they do the best for what they set out to do...they are not competing for a Michelin star.“

“Dropped in on the recommendation of a friend. So glad we did because this is one of the better chicken sandwiches we've had! I went with mild spice and husband got the medium. Mild's got a little kick and hub said he'd probably just go with mild next time too. You can get it without any spice as well, "naked" is what they call it. Even the crinkle fries are crispy perfection! The gentleman taking our order was incredibly polite and answered our questions. There is casual indoor and outdoor seating. We'll be back soon!“

“Omg, i don't usually write reviews, but these sliders were sooo damn good. I got the combo that comes with two sliders, fries and a drink. I got one of each slider, the SS way and the other option. The service was great, and he checked on me to tell me how many many more minutes. This is a food truck and there is some outdoor seating under a canopy.“

“If you want a ton of meat, I recommend getting the short rib pho S3. Literally four times the beef that you'd get from a normal steak pho but just a couple dollars more. I was told they don't have a large version and I can see why-- I was expecting a single small rib but got two large ones surrounded by giant chunks of meat. The noodles barely fit into the bowl given how huge the ribs were, and the meat was pretty darn good to boot.Hopefully they keep this as the standard portion!“

“Great breakfast! Someone suggested this place online in a group, so I decided to check it out. Went on a Sunday morning. If you go on a Sunday, prepare to wait. People were standing outside waiting! I was by myself, so opted to eat at the breakfast bar. I had my food within 10 min!! I decided on the "Joey's Tortilla chip Scramble " It's pretty much Chiliqillas without the sauce and crisper tortillas, which is why I ordered. So good!!! I asked for sauce on the side and poured it on. Yum. Will be coming back!“

“I love this little place. Food is great and so are the prices compared to the area. I love that they make everything fresh and that you can order on the phone before I drive there. They will modify and make whatever you want with their ingredients. Hot coffee is ok, iced coffee is better. Definitely recommend!“

However, apparently they won best meatball sandwich in the valley! Ok, I'm in. Half sausage too for good measure. The girl love pastrami so we got her the Al Capone. The pastrami is lean, and they let us know that ahead of time. To me, maybe a bit lean. It lost a bit of the flavor she loves so much. But I can't knock them because they definitely told us. The meatball and sausage sammy? Delightful. A whole lot of cheese on it though so bear that in mind. It was certainly the first to be devoured, along with some great chips we found in their selection. I love the old school deli vibes. What a little gem.“

“Hi, I just wanted to say that I go to HQ Gastropub often! It's a great spot for excellent cocktails and all different kinds of beers. The food is also very good. They range from cheeseburgers and chicken wings, to really good sushi. The staff is also really nice and friendly. Just to name a few of my favorites, there's Joanna, Kim, Stephanie and Ryan. They all are very friendly and provide great service. Those are just some of the great waitresses they have there. As far as the waiters, Shay and Frank are also great! The vibe is really upbeat and lively, filled with great music from a DJ, and also they have a ton of large flat screen TV's either to watch different sports, or watch some great music videos from all different genres! If you're looking for a fun bar with great atmosphere and great service than you should definitely check out HQ.“

“It's a pretty small, kiosk-like spot with no indoor seating, but there's a good amount of outdoor seating. It's not my first time at a Boba Guys, but it was my first time at this location. The staff were professional and were willing to answer any questions we had about the menu. My wife and I got the Horchata Milk Tea and the Dirty Banana Milk Tea along with the Ube Brownies. All great! Can't go wrong with any of the choices. Was a bit wary about trying out the new seasonal specials before ordering my usual flavors, but it's definitely something I plan to order once I come back.“

I think our server was Matt, shorter reddish hair. Anyway, he was fabulous!! Patient, friendly, super helpful with my onslaught of questions. Got the Double Smash cheeseburger. Don't worry about it being cooked well, done. It was extremely juicy and melted in my mouth. Sweet potato fries comes with honey, cinnamon. I skipped that but I'm sure it was amazing. The mustard tartar sauce is great. My mouth was so happy. Corey got breakfast burrito. This guy is hard to impress and he said it was the best burrito he ever had. I'm definitely thinking he's crazy. Nope!! Every bite was perfection. The tator tots, bacon etc were super evenly distributed. None of this "oh that's where the cheese is, at the bottom of the burrito, in time for my last bite". Ugh. “We love Pitfire, and this location especially. Out love story with Pitfire started when we lived in Burbank and discovered their NoHo location - so lovely! We were super excited when we saw they were opening in Topanga village!!! Why I love them - the food is great with a lot of options, good wine, great cocktails. My favorite is their farmer's market plate that is a combination of seasonal veggies. Salads are always fresh and creative. The ambience is very friendly. The noise and music level was much higher when they just opened, but they adjusted that as well. Also patios are quieter. The only problem (which they also seem to be working on) is busy dinner time on the weekend... first you wait in line to order, then your pizza might take 20-30 mins to come out, and you also need to wait for a table. We once had some of our food items ready before we were able to secure a table.“

“It was my first time here and I will be back!! I got the salmon bowl with sushi rice, cucumber salad and a delicious salad with miso dressing. I asked for my salon to be cooked rare and it was perfect! Crispy skin and glistening on the inside. We were helped right away and the food came out fast. There are a few tables inside which was nice and we were able to get a booth. It was very clean and everyone was so nice. The mint lemonade was also delicious! You order at the counter and they bring you the food to the table. It was a little pricey but my food was so good I already want to go back! I ate my food so fast I forgot to take a picture lol. It's great woodfired modern SoCal Mexican food. You can dine in or take away. Parking can be a little tricky at this location.“

It appeared that the ratio of bread to the rest of the ingredients inside the wrap were going to be way off, but it was actually extremely tasty. The ingredients were fresh, as was the bread. The spread they use in the wrap is absolutely incredible. It was really tasty and I would definitely order again.“
