“Celebrated my mom's birthday tonight at Tabi-Ji. We had a wonderful time! The restaurant is very cozy and has great decor. The host Jason was so nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our server Andy was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. Our chef Royce was excellent. He cooked all of our meals exactly how we wanted and entertained us the whole time. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for Japanese or Teppanyaki for dinner! We'll be back soon!“

“So we normally go to a Wabi Sabi closer to where we live. But the last time was kinda meh, and they had a rash of bad reviews. So we went to this one in Chino. We were not disappointed. We showed up pretty late. Maybe 40min before closing. We requested a scrambled egg off the grill for my picky vegetarian daughter, and they were happy to oblige. The steak was buttery and fantastic. My husband is normally not a veggie enthusiast, but the flavor on the veggies was SO GOOD he was eating everything. Our sushi was great also. My (non-vegetarian) daughter and I really enjoyed the rolls we got. (Shout out to the Vegas roll!) The staff were so kind and gracious even as we were the last customers there, they encouraged us not to rush.“

“It is basically Sarku Japan but they have soups. Portions are good and they don't charge extra for fried rice. I think the chicken tastes better than the beef, but both are adequate. It's pretty standard mall food, but I do feel like there is some overlap between Panda Express and Genghis Khan in the same food court. Yes, I know they are different but it's still asian food with medium quality meat on top.“

“Was here with my wife and a bigger group about 12. They were able to accommodate us well, but we had to watch close to an hour even after we had reserved ahead of time. Food was really good. Nice at first to view the cook but over time the entertainment wore off and he just started cooking. Came during the week during the evening, so not sure if that affected the experience. They had to split the group in two and the other group did not seem to be to happy with their food. I know portions are on the small side from being here before especially since Plates are around high $40s. Place seems a little dated maybe for the Japanese traditional feel. The food was delicious and was full with that I ate, but for the price seems like I was missing something, maybe it was the entertainment. Service was great. Automatically add tip on bill.Parking: Parking might be a problem if Frank and Sons had an event or are open.“

“When you first walk in it feels pretty cramped. But walking to the back it opens up and it feels so more homey. The second your chef shows up it's all laughs from catching scrambled eggs in your mouth to seeing all his fun interments to cook with. After a that smiling an laughing you'll be hungry but not to worry your food should be nice and hot. This is a fun spot to hang out with your crew or to take the kids. Luci age: 12“
