One of the best meals I have ever had. I am already looking forward to coming back. The restaurant was beautiful, the staff was lovely, and the dinner and drinks were delicious. Truly a wonderful experience.

We had a fabulous experience at Bottega! The somm was delightful and led us to a beautiful wine. The brussel sprout salad is a must do. They had an antipasti item that was basically a donut with prosciutto and seasoned mascarpone that I would eat every day if I could! I ordered Spaghetti Alla Sophia Loren for my entree and wow! For what sounds like a very simple dish, it could not have been more flavorful and delicious! Bottega is officially my favorite restaurant in Napa valley.

Food very good ... server very attentive. Kitchen timing off - some dishes served immediately - while others delayed 30 minutes. Meal lasted 2 1/2 hours. We will be back, because this is one of our favorite restaurants. Although kitchen needs to be more aware (I am not a chef and I have no basis - other than the length of the meal).

The expectations were too high, maybe. The place is great, service as well. But the food just don't have anything special (and we were a big group, so we could order many different dishes), it's fair, but we could find so many better places in Napa.

Would have given it 5 stars all around except one of our servers responded to a comment by disparaging our Governor. I believe that politics should not be part of a server's comments. Regardless of beliefs. Otherwise all was outstanding.

Utterly incredible place on all levels and surprisingly reasonable prices. Bottega was strongly recommended by friends and family, but it far surpassed what we were anticipating. Amazing!
Service was very slow. We got there an hour early (5pm) and asked if we can be seated early because there were a ton of empty tables. We were told that we would be seated at the time of reservation. Didn't understand that if the restaurant was nearly empty. When we were seated, the waiter didn't take our order for another 20 mins or so. We had to flag someone else down and asked to see our waiter. After all that, food was just so so. Entire experience was a miss.

Just to start. I love Bottega. Great spot. But, if I'm honest, last night missed a bit. My gnocchi weren't seasoned well. The short ribs were dry on the outside. As if it was warmed in the oven too long. The polenta was amazing! Hamachi crudo awesome! Calamari delicious. I will continue to return.

My wife and I had a delicious meal but were significantly disappointed with the service at Botega last night. It took 22 minutes to receive our cocktails after sitting down. We were unable to get water refills without asking. When asked if we would like dessert and we replied yes, our server passed our table three times in 10 minutes without bringing the menu. We finally gave up and asked for our check. When we expressed our frustration the waiter and manager seemed to think it was not big deal. Not the sort of experience we have had in the past.

After getting off to a rough start with the Hostess, we were seated. Bottega is one of my favorite restaurants in Yountville. I took a family member for her first time. We had a fantastic meal with excellent service.
I had been wanting to try Bottega for a while as I have heard great things. It met all of our expectations. The food was amazing, every single dish was so well cooked and had immense flavor. Our server was very attentive and gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be returning.

Service was wonderful and food was delicious. We all had different appetizers and different entrees - all were truly outstanding. Try the tiramisu ala “Tra Vigne” - a delicious take on the original.

Bottega is the best restaurant in Napa for both food and service! 16 hours later I am still thinking about my oxtail risotto with shaved truffles. There is nothing pretentious about this restaurant. Pure focus on the customer and highest quality in every respect.

The food was totally on point, our server was amazing as always This is in my top 3 places to go while in town However a few tables over they asked to have heaters above turned off which was granted however they also turned off the surrounding heaters at customers request We were not asked how we felt about it Luckily we were finishing up because it then became cold The table next to us was celebrating a birthday as were we and the manager came over and made contact with the birthday person at table next to us However never said anything to us about our celebration thought was a little Insensitive

Great food and a great atmosphere. Their staff are all very well trained and give great recommendations after finding a bit about what you are looking for. The Caesar salad was one of the best we have had anywhere with the black garlic giving it a very different spin. The sprouts were also one of the better we've tried. We each had a different pasta and they were both excellent. The sommelier made a fantastic recommendation on wine and we had one of our favorite Barolo's we've tried to date. Excellent wine list in general. Many Italian and French varieties in case you are burnt out on Napa wines.
