We had a fabulous experience at Bottega! The somm was delightful and led us to a beautiful wine. The brussel sprout salad is a must do. They had an antipasti item that was basically a donut with prosciutto and seasoned mascarpone that I would eat every day if I could! I ordered Spaghetti Alla Sophia Loren for my entree and wow! For what sounds like a very simple dish, it could not have been more flavorful and delicious! Bottega is officially my favorite restaurant in Napa valley.
Food very good ... server very attentive. Kitchen timing off - some dishes served immediately - while others delayed 30 minutes. Meal lasted 2 1/2 hours. We will be back, because this is one of our favorite restaurants. Although kitchen needs to be more aware (I am not a chef and I have no basis - other than the length of the meal).

One of the best meals I have ever had. I am already looking forward to coming back. The restaurant was beautiful, the staff was lovely, and the dinner and drinks were delicious. Truly a wonderful experience.
