I want to start off by saying that I have never had an issue in one of your stores until recently. We order Jimmy Johns 1-2 times every week. I am now so disgusted by the service I have received the last couple of times that I will never go back. About a month ago, I went into this location and ordered $75 in sandwiches (this is my average order with 7 of us). One of the sandwiches I ordered was a ham and cheese slim.
