Did an on-line order at 7:15. Went in to pick up at 7:30 (per the website response). Got my food at 8:00. They took care of everybody who walked in before even looking at my order, even though I was in the store and my order was printed out in front of them. I saw probably 10 people walk in, get their food, and walk out before they looked at mine. When I voiced my displeasure at 7:55, the manager snarkily asked me to wait outside (which I did not). 45 minutes for an order?...read full review
Best place ever super nice people meet with a smiling face everytime. Everyone is super nice especially Kesley, Jaime, Ricardo, Pilar, Hailey, Steven, Kenny, Ricky, and Michael! I come eat here at least once a week and I don't plan to change my habit because food is delicious and everyone is a rockstar!!!
Just came to this location on a busy evening the portions they were giving were half, about half of a normal night (unless when we regularly go in to this location they are extra generous) I asked for extra chicken in a kids bowl yes extra charge me for that, I understand that. But then I order two adult steak meals and get about one serving total between both bowls, I ask for a little more steak on them to make what a normal person would consider a full serving, then they state...read full review
