“They have a good selection of food and are pretty efficient at getting it out as well. It’s really expensive, but it is on top of a mountain in a remote area. It is nice to sit outside in sunny warm days as well. It’s even better to huddle inside in super cold days for a break.“
“As a local skier I visit elk camp almost every week during the winter season. It’s my first choice for food on Snowmass mountain due to having such a wide variety of high quality, great tasting food. The pizza and bistro are excellent. The service is top notch, recently they changed to self checkout, which was a bit of a challenge for the first time, but Amanda was super kind and eager to help us through the process, an excellent employee! I can’t wait to go back again.“
“Great family inspired place to have pastas, burgers, salads, pizza and kids menu. Right on the Buttermilk mountain lift. No reservations needed. You can either eat inside with limited seating or outside, or even scan a QR code and order. Another option is the On demand order from the Aspen Ski Co web site which offers the convenience of pick up window and lower prices. You can even order your favorite cocktails and beers. Enjoy.“
“They have a new menu involving a fairly extensive Barbecue menu from Steve Raichlin’s Planet Barbecue. Wow what change! We chowed on brisket and pulled pork with sides of slaw, potato salad, roasted corn, barbecue beans … terrific chili and a large drink menu. Really, a hidden gem in the Skico’s arsenal of good eateries on the mountain!“
“Great place for food on the mountain. Everyone goes for their Mongolian bowls but the usual choices (hamburgers, chicken tenders, hot doors) are available and done well. Be sure to get the fries - excellent. Service is awesome as they maintain their humor while facing a crush of hungry skiers.“
