“After super bowl game stopped by , this was by far best expirience so far. Bar was crowded so the room but the coctails hit the spot. Did not catch the bartenders name i think is Chris , so far best coctails this establishment had.”
“This is a "great save" review. Four of us went for an early lunch and were there right at the open (11am). We were seated right away and then the waiting began... The tables around us were being attended to but no one stopped by ours. After more than twenty minutes we flagged down one of the staff to inquire as to who our server was. This was when Chris, the manager, flew into action. After apologizing and explaining that the table where we'd been seated should have been closed until more wait staff was on shift, he tended to us personally for the duration. After getting our drinks, he brought out two appetizers courtesy of the house for our wait. After a delicious meal (3 burgers and the Macho salad), he informed us that the entire visit was on the house. Well done, Chris! We knew the reputation of your establishment and didn't want to be disappointed. You didn't disappoint.”
“This place is literally a hidden gem in Aspen!!! I'm so happy I made our dinner reservation in advance for our group of 6. The staff were amazing and very accommodating too. Overall 5 stars!!!! Best dinner I've had in Aspen!”
“Parc Aspen is an absolute gem! From the exquisite world-class cuisine to the warm hospitality of the team, every aspect is meticulously considered. Whether it's indulging in their bolognese or savoring the perfectly cooked salmon, each dish is exceptional. The restaurant effortlessly blends fine dining with a local experience. With lovely hands-on owners, Parc Aspen offers a five-star experience that's unmissable!”
“Staying at the Jerome in Aspen, and decided to have breakfast here since it was blizzard weather outside. The server for my table was Maggie who was not only beautiful, but was very attentive, and knew the menu well! She recommended the egg sandwich which was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Best food in past 4 years!!!!! Service was a bit odd.. If they have a preference on ordering everything from the get-go they should say so but other than that food was amazing.”
“Madame Ushi is an absolute must-try when coming to Aspen. The nigiri was fresh and delicious, and the wagyu meats were of extremely high quality… top-notch restaurant quality products make this place ELITE. The atmosphere was amazing, customer service was impeccable, and the overall attention-to-detail in the restaurant is unmatched by any other spot in Aspen. Definitely worth a visit!!”
“My heroes!!! The BEST restaurant and staff ever. ❤️ I am beyond grateful for them calling me after I tried to order food a couple times via UberEats and DoorDash late at night when nothing else was open. Wonderful people. Amazing food. Support this business! ??”

“An incredible dining experience. Every plate was outstanding with many subtleties. Timing of the meal and the serving attention was outstanding. I would have liked there to be a less expensive wine by the glass. Ambiance was nice with low key lighting and a beautiful bar.”
“We shared an excellent Sunday evening here with friends, eating, drinking and enjoying the jazz. We opted for the chefs selection. Fabulous fresh foods served over five courses. All well executed. A previous reviewer said they couldn’t understand why they have a Michelin Star. This restaurant is Michelin recommended, not a star and it definitely deserves its status. The location is good, brilliant location in central Aspen and a lovely ambiance. Fresh and interesting food elk, scallops, wagyu beef, foie gras etc . The staff are all excellent , especially Leslie . The wine list is endless but there is a friendly sommelier to help you navigate it. Definitely on the more expensive side but for this location worth paying the extra to get the best prepared food. Thanks to everyone there for giving us this great experience”

“It was nice to find a nice coffee shop while I was visiting on business. I went to several in Aspen, but this was my favorite. It was obvious from all the local attention others think so as well. Food was good. Coffee was tasty. Service was smooth.”
“This place is tiny, but has all of the goodies! The gelato is OMG good. The sample tastes they handed out were huge as well, allowing you to really get the flavor. The staff were super nice as well. I had the Black Forrest (delicious dark cherries and a slab of dark chocolate) and the Banana Nut (banana ice cream with peanut butter and nuts). A mini cookie on top was an additional surprise! Unique homemade flavors. I’ll be back!”

“First timer at Las Montanas and will definitely be back! Unfortunately we had a large lunch & only managed to sample some of the great menu on offer. Food was next level Mexican, Cocktail sand wines were great & our servers were all very attentive, friendly and professional...what a great spot! Highly Recommended! Muchas Gracias!”
“Food was fine. Service was exceptional. Ambiance was lively casual. Our favorite part was the store, which had all kinds of foods and high quality brands that are uncommon.”
“I LOVED the cinnamon roll I got this am. I only got 2 pastries and immediately regretted not buying more after the first bite. Flaky crispy perfection that is NOT easy to achieve at this altitude.”
“Food is delicious and a good price point. Burrito is massive. Aspens best kept secret for breakfast. Ifs a little off the path not being in the core but well worth it. Friendly staff as well.”

“Great place! We had the oysters on the half shell and mussels and clams in broth which were both great. However, the steak tartare and crab mac and cheese were the biggest hits at the table. They were both seasoned perfectly. Portion sizes were larger than expected so order accordingly.”

“As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.”

“Absolutely gorgeous space on a level that even exceeds other Aspen high end venues like Little Nell and Hotel Jerome. The wine list is spectacular highlighted by one of my personal favorite bottles Vega-Sicilia Unico 2007 and top notch customer service”
“I’m really in awe of the atmosphere, service and warm welcome we received from the staff, specially from Danny. She immediately realized we were Spanish speakers and switched to our language making us feel welcome! The food is amazing, but the drinks… out of this world! If you go, try the Purple Haze, it’s a delicious woody creek select gyn with blackberries, pineapple and more.It was a pleasure to be there, and have Danny at the bar. This is a must if you are in Aspen!”
“You have to remember that this is sushi in Colorado. The waiter summed up the experience when he bragged that "none of our fish is frozen." Keep your expectations low and have fun ordering the varied offerings. The shabu-shabu is more of a hot-pot-type meal than traditional Japanese shabu-shabu. I had some of the scallop and was underwhelmed and did not thereafter have the courage to try the uni, which can be very hit-or-miss in the U.S. The food comes out fast, and you will feel like you are being rushed. We were a small party, but Jing added a 20% gratuity on the meal+tax total, so don't be surprised.”
“Burrata app was very good and certainly large enough for two to share. Waiter recommended we add prosciutto to the app and it was a good call. Penne Vodka with a light/blush sauce was delicious. Pounded veal chop served piccata style was one off the best.”
“I will say the food was excellent five stars all the way. Service was very good. Our waiter was very attentive. The drink, however from the bar is probably one of the worst Moscow mule's I have ever had in my life. I would come here for the food, but I would not come here to sit at the bar and have a drink.”
“We lived here each night as the staff, service, music and atmosphere were simply fantastic. Max, Gabriel and Jordan were so patient with our large group. They had the best personalities and really made our experience phenomenal. Nothing but praise for the entire staff for making this such a great environment. Highly recommend getting there early to get a seat but we never had an issue waiting for a spot to open.”
“One of the best restaurants in Aspen, it has absolutely everything, service, atmosphere, best food and crowd, please you must have the Lamb Chops, one of best I ever taste. Please make reservations way ahead.”
“The French Alpine Bistro always exceeds our expectations with its gorgeous, delicious cuisine served in a charming atmosphere. We enjoyed the fantastic foie gras, the Salade Paysanne, the Salade de Chèvre Chaud, the Saffron Sea Scallops, the Thai green curry Nirvana Crêpe, the Schokoladepalatschinke (chocolate, dulce de leche, banana and strawberry crêpe) and a lovely, crisp bottle of French Bourgogne Aligoté. We relished every bite of our meal and practically waddled out the door when we were done. Our welcoming, fun waiter, Benjamin, provided outstanding service. We felt like he was a friend by the end of our meal! FAB has been our favorite Aspen restaurant for years and I don’t see any reason that will change. Ten out of ten for the entire experience as. Merci beaucoup!”
“Very confused if this is Italian or French but the food is delicious, the atmosphere is adorable and the service is excellent. They have two seatings at 6:30p and 8:30p which means zero wait for your table.”

“We have been there many times. The owner is always there overseeing and that's why it is so well run and organized. The food is interesting and beautifully plated, delicious and consistent. We always leave looking forward to the next time. Our favorite restaurant in Aspen!”
“We love dining here - always reliable food and the service staff are super friendly and attentive. We wanted to enjoy a quiet bite while watching some of the football play-offs - and that's exactly what we were able to do. Plan to return again - and again, and again!”

“Classic alehouse located directly across from the ski lift at Highlands. This place is perfect for stopping in to grab a beer after hiking the Highlands Bowl. The service is a pay & order type restaurant so you'll go to the counter and order your food and drinks to be delivered to your table. The patio is great on a sunny day too!Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the first floor. No steps.”

“Great place for food on the mountain. Everyone goes for their Mongolian bowls but the usual choices (hamburgers, chicken tenders, hot doors) are available and done well. Be sure to get the fries - excellent. Service is awesome as they maintain their humor while facing a crush of hungry skiers.”
“Ambiance was amazing and avocado toast was delicious! Very pricey but to be expected in Aspen. Coffee was not my favorite but would still recommend checking this place out.”
“I love JUS! The people are always super nice and I like working in the plaza. There's no wifi but you can tether to your phone. The location in Snowmass has wifi (and an amazing view) if you need it.My go-tos are the snickerdoodle protein balls, a parfait cup, and the chicken wrap. So good.”
“Excellent chocolate tart. Make sure you stop here before your flight! The place tucked way in a business area by the airport so won’t win award for ambiance but it delivers the goods!”
“Awesome spot, with cool decor and plenty of TVs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheap beer or some good boneless wings. Plus the tacos were pretty tasty too.”
“Lots of delicious options for gluten free meals. I had the Chipotle Caesar Chopped Salad and added a burger patty. So delicious, fresh, and filling. Friendly, chill staff. Definitely recommend!”
“A modern farm to table cafe at the roof top of Aspen Art museum. The sitting area is spacious and modern. They use fresh and high quality ingredients. The views overlooking the surrounding mountains is gorgeous. The prices are not cheap but that is the norm in”
“Excellent food and drinks with a good atmosphere. I had slipped on some ice while walking over and asked staff for a bandage for a small cut on my hand, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. Great service!”
“Just a small sandwich counter in the private terminal.Toritilla chicken soup today was excellent - stuffed with avacado, chicken, veggies, cheese.Asada sandwich was also top-notch.Thank you!”
“BBQ for breakfast?! Yes please. lol kidding they do have great breakfast and great bbq! Highly recommend. Fresh squeezed orange juice, chicken and waffles, French toast, and even baby back ribs. All was delicious.”
“The ambiance is beautiful, service was attentive. The various course were very good. The only 2 item that fell short was the rib eye special...it was fatty and not flavorful and the trout....it was dry and wasn't presented as nicely as the other dishes. At this price point everything should be 100% on the mark.I look forward to returning in the future.”

“As a local skier I visit elk camp almost every week during the winter season. It’s my first choice for food on Snowmass mountain due to having such a wide variety of high quality, great tasting food. The pizza and bistro are excellent. The service is top notch, recently they changed to self checkout, which was a bit of a challenge for the first time, but Amanda was super kind and eager to help us through the process, an excellent employee! I can’t wait to go back again.”
“We had early morning shuttle to Maroon bells and this cafe was 2 mins from the pickup point. So we grabbed some coffee hot chocolate and and bagel sandwiches. It was good.”
“My buddy and I went here hungry and a bit late. I assume it was the owner who was still there and working. He gave us his last pizza for 10 bucks and threw in a side. (This was an 18 in pizza!)The pizza was a great thin crust and really tasty! 10$ was ridiculous so I paid a bit more but the fact that he even offered made me a fan Going back soon to try the cheesesteak!”
“If you read reviews from ages ago, don't worry about the cash only. They do take cards!! Food was good, large portions. Had 3 slices and the meatball sandwich. Went at 6:15p on a Friday - about a 10min wait to order and thankful there was an empty table for us to sit and eat at. Small eat-in dining area.”
“Cute. Quick. Water station! Mocha coffee was great. It’s right next to the gondola and has a fire pit outside. The inside is a cafe disguised as a ski shop. Pretty innovative experience. Also attracts cute doggies!!! Only downside is it’s pretty crowded but that’s when you knows it’s good. Definitely would come back. ”
“Most authentic Chinese cuisine ever!!!!I am from New York and I can say this is better than any Chinese restaurant in NYC!!!Highly recommend cumin lamb and roast duck! Street parking is friendly too.”
“I’ve always enjoyed this place- the food is good, good salads and great location right by the park. Nice patio for the summer time. Deep dish pizza isn’t typically my favorite but I like this one!Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie optionsKid-friendliness: Pretty easy going staff and the location is right next to a playground.Dietary restrictions: They also have a good GF crust”

“The food was excellent, from oysters to sushi rolls to waffle fries to wagyu steaks cooked perfectly… this restaurant was a treat. We were worried about the lower reviews but they seemed to be about delayed seatings. Our table was ready on time and our server was so professional and helpful. Will definitely be back!”
“This has to be the best place in Aspen to take kids. Kids get chef hats and get to make their own pizzas. It’s a must hit place if you have children. Super laid back and welcoming atmosphere. Great place to grab a beer/ cocktail and eat some pizza with your kids. We go every time we come to town, our kids love it!”

“The prices have gone up...$35 for a pasta is a bit steep without a protein. Service is too quick. I specifically asked our server not to rush our meal. We barely finished our starter and the pasta was served. In and out on 50 mins and that's with a cocktail and a bottle of wine for 4. I know they want to "turn" tables but this was ridiculous. I expect at least 90 mins for dinner and a decent conversation, not fast food!”
“Seems like they are still working the kinks out with service but the experience ended up being super positive. The ambiance is great and the little food we had was tasty.”

“Awesome all around experience! Have been living in the valley for the winter season, and when I had non-skier friends book a visit, I starting asking around for the best way to experience the stunning beauty of the mountains in winter. SO MANY people told me to try the hike up to Pine Creek for lunch; and I'm glad they did!We opted to do the walk-in option, which was great for our group. Skiing and snowshoe seem like they'd be fun as well, but probably not any faster with the time to get fitted, and walk a longer trail. It was super easy to check in at the Alpine welcome center - we got a TON of emails about being on time with a good 45 min before the reservation... but the checkin process for walking was pretty informal- about 2 min and we were on our way.As for the walk: It had snowed a few inches overnight/that morning, but the 'road' that you walk down was basically like walking up a groomed ski run. Its the same path that the horse sled rides on, if you're looking at pics for reference. The walk was BEAUTIFUL - mostly uphill on the way out which took us about 30 min, and downhill on the way back which was a breeze. I wore my cozy grippy winter boots + a ski jacket and ended up with half my layers in a backpack... but also had a friend in sneakers and another in a pair of chukka boots and peacoat. I appreciated the boots, but everyone got by on the 'hike' with no problem. As for the dining experience - we were seated right away and did the two course lunch for $55 pp. Salad or Soup + Entree... yea its a little pricey all in, but not worse than avg in the area especially considering the added cost to get food and staff out there... also the prices are pretty clearly posted when booking the experience so not sure what everyone here is complaining about? Chicken sandwich was really good, and a decent portion- we were too full to order dessert. Also they were AMAZING at accommodating for my friend with a severe dairy allergy. He even commented that it was some of the best allergy aware service he's seen ... ever. It didn't feel like we had a time limit for lunch, which may not be the case with dinner- but we didn't feel like we needed more than an hour or so at the restaurant. Great atmosphere, accommodating staff, amazing views and an overall unique experience in the mtns!My only complaints were 1) it was SO HOT in the restaurant. I actually ended up stripping down to a sports bra (so yes, lunch is quite a few people in casual athletic attire from activities). And 2) IDK what was in the delicious espresso martini I had, but holy cow did they put some stress on my intestinal system. I RAN FOR MY LIFE the last quarter of a mile to the bathrooms at the welcome center, so keep that in mind and learn from my mistake!Dietary restrictions: Awesome options up front when booking to share dietary restrictions. They were also ON IT in the restaurant to check and confirm what could and could not be modified for the member of our party with a severe dairy allergy.”

“This place is AWESOME! Definitely one of the best meals I've ever had at one of the nicest places I've ever been to. The service was outstanding, the most professional service I've personally ever had. Despite the fact that this place is very upscale it's also very inviting and comfortable. There were all kinds of characters in there, cowboys, snowboarders/skiers with hats on, people dressed up, etc. The food was absolutely MAGNIFICENT. I had the Prime New York Strip, it was perfectly medium-rare and had the absolute best crust and flavor. The decor is super cool and interesting. If you're in Aspen this is a MUST. Worth every penny.”
“An incredible dining experience. Every plate was outstanding with many subtleties. Timing of the meal and the serving attention was outstanding. I would have liked there to be a less expensive wine by the glass. Ambiance was nice with low key lighting and a beautiful bar.”
