Uncover Aspen's Mexican dining scene with Restaurantji's insights.
“Fast and tasty place to grab a quick meal for lunch or dinner. Even though we came close the closing the staff was so friendly and let us take our time. Chicken Quesadillas were hot and excellent. Grilled cheese on wheat bread was O.K. Ambience isn’t cozy but there were some fun coffee-table books to look over. Plus the soda machine is one of those modern ones where it has a touch-screen. Neat!“
“5 out of 5!! I hosted a rehearsal dinner at Mi Chola last Saturday night and everyone in my group loved it. The ambiance was fun, the staff was excellent, and the food was amazing. You have to try the churros - to die for!! I can’t say enough good things about our experience!!“
“Service was poor. Waiter never came back to check on us. The fish tacos were the worst I have ever tried. I couldn’t even finish one. The guacamole is mainly tomato and onion. The rice tastes like packaged rice. Don’t waste your $ here.“
“Todd behind the bar was an incredible server! He was kind and he was always on top of making sure we had everything we needed. This was my second time going, and I really enjoyed the tamarind limeade, and the lamb roast. Truly divine food for a reasonable price considering Aspen!“
