I ordered 2 large ice cream cakes for my dads celebration of life. They looked and tastedamazing!!! I loved how I was able to customize everything to the flavors my dad liked. I even called to change the order and they got my charged right and even gave recommendations for the best flavor combo. I had an issue with picking it up the day before because my freezer was full and they let me pick it up right before the event. Really great customer service!! We had great service on Saturday. The ice cream is always excellent and the people serving us listened carefully and took very good care of us. It's not cheap, it was $40 for 5 of us, but the quality is top notch, so you get what you pay for.

It was super busy and near closing when we came in. The staff was so friendly as they made everybody's orders with total accuracy. We had a great experience and will definitely be back. Cold Stone regularly delivers a quality product and great customer service, but the team working tonight stand out even in that high standard.
