“Good was good and hot once I received it. I was almost turned away because my gift card would not process due to it being a couple of dollars too short of the total. It just didn't make sense to me why it matters if I have a 2nd form of payment for the remainder. after several nonchalant shoulder shrugs some one else came and made it work. I had had an extremely difficult day so the stress of being told I could not use my gift card which is the only reason I came was adding distress to my day. It just made no sense to be told I needed to spend exactly 25.00 or less to use my gift card or just pay for the whole meal another way. Better training is in order at this location.“
“Stopped in for some Popeyes flavors since i hadn't it in a while. And it was well worth the wait. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Red beans and rice balanced out well, fries were hittin, and mashed potatoes were fire. Poor girl at the cash register was so busy trying to run the front and help in drive through. Folks were so mean; God forbid you gotta wait these days smh. Either way it was great. Will definitely return! Manager needs to train all those cooks in the back to help fill orders to help the front though!“

“For being a fast-food restaurant in a mall setting, I was surprised how great the service was! We've tried many, many online orders having been canceled on us, and when they came through they always had something of our order wrong (At our best, they had our order correct but there was no sauce with our food. At our worst they've messed up entire parts of our orders, such as giving up mashed potatoes instead of fries). We decided to finally drive to a Popeyes that at least had a dine-in option. The line was pretty short when we went and the lady was very nice. My only complaint is the service was not only a little longer than I liked, but people who order after us were getting their food before us. The wait was forgiven as when we got our food, it was very accurate and for the first time ever, we ACTUALLY got sauce with our food. Overall, I enjoyed it. It was a nice drive and will definitely be returning for that delicious chicken. Love that chicken from Popeyes!“
“Walked in to place an order stood there for 15 minutes while all the employees just walked by and stared at me including the manager on duty. Needless to say I got tired of waiting and tired of just getting stared at as if I were there for S N G. Employees need better Customer service....for peeps sake. Customers are there to order not to watch employees work“
