“The coffee and pastries are not bad, but not great either. The seats in the main shop are usually full and you cam expect to wait in line but there is plenty of seating in the back patio. Lots of cool Buddist stuff. A decent selection of books but most are pretty pricey, especially for used prices. Staff is friendly and helpful, customers seem happy.“
“A big thanks to Backcountry Pizza for hosting 14er Boulder's holiday party.Thank you all so much for a wonderful evening of celebration, great food, and impeccable service! If you have not been to BCP, get it on your list. You won't be disappointed!“
“Great drinks, awesome staff! Will definitely be back. Loved the location in the shop which made for a great vibe.Only detracting feature is the cement floors plus high ceilings and industrial furniture (great aesthetic!) were startlingly noisy. Lightweight chairs and tables screeched whenever they moved which then echoed on the hard surfaces.Still looking forward to trying out trivia nights and checking out some live music as they get things going!“
“This place is worthy of being recognized as something truly special. Whoever owns this place is essentially sharing simple Italian truths that go beyond most peoples comprehension. You probably can’t buy better pizza than this in the united states.Kid-friendliness: Even the best restaurants can drop the ball when it comes to satisfying children. This place however sets the bar with a cheese pizza that will leave you wondering how something so simple can be done so much better than you’re used to.“
“Great drink selection (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), incredible atmosphere, solid bar food, amazing customer service! The food truck can be really good, but I wish it had more consistency with one or two items on the menu that are always available (burgers, quesadillas) in addition to the changing menu items, but still good overall!“
“Amazing award winning food! Super dope atmosphere, the menu is well thought out and is outrageously delicious! Incredible fusion of cultures and foods, this place is definitely a hidden gem ? It has plenty of space, as well as a pretty spacious outdoor patio for those summertime vibes.“
“Being from Northern California I have struggled to find a sourdough pizza restaurant sense moving to Colorado. After finding double ds on google I gave it a shot and to my surprise it’s the best pizza I have had! The sourdough flavor is strong and delicious, they we’re extremely generous with all the toppings and cheese and we’re also able to cater to our family of different dietary ingredients including the gluten free pizza and vegan! Will be back againDietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten free“
“If you’re not from the area and you’re looking for a good place to eat, this is it. Old vibe pizza parlor with lots of other food on the menu to satisfy everyone. Every booth could seat at least six people. Quiet atmosphere lots of sports on TV and more beers than I can count on tap. I came in to get some work done popped up the laptop and Erik. The bartender was super helpful and very friendly. You always know it’s a good spot when the young kids working here are just as polite and friendly as the rest. Whether you want to belly up to the bar or sit in a booth This is a great place to come.Parking: Lots of parking all around the building. Don’t forget about the parking that’s in the back because there’s a walkway to come straight to the front door.Kid-friendliness: Although I didn’t see a lot of kids seems very kid friendly. No video games or anything but lots of TVs.“
“R Gallery isn't just an art gallery-- erase this image from your mind. It's a fun and classy spot to take your date and your friends for an evening of art, drinks, food, conversation, and various events. Rob, the owner, is a great guy and an excellent host, and the other employees at the bar and in the gallery are equally enthralling and you just can't help but to quickly make friends. Yes, we have purchased several pieces of art and jewelry here to decorate our home and to give as gifts. We've also come here for several very fun events, from improv comedy to poetry open mic night-- it took us a while to realize there's a full-on events calendar here (you should check it out). What really grabs me about R Gallery is the relationships that are made-- from meeting the artists themselves, to the staff, and the contacts Rob has with various other artists in the area. There was a necklace my girlfriend liked by a local artist and Rob moved both heaven and earth to get me in touch with the artist and have it personally delivered on-site for me in time for Christmas! This is more than a simple business relationship-- to me, R Gallery is a partner in both art and the community and in friendship.“
