My wife and I came to Boulder on a whim and decided to try this amazing establishment. The hostess was so nice, the bartender was gracious and talented. Our server was attentive and professional. The staff that was not directly tending to us was courteous and kept the restaurant running smoothly. The food was delicious and so well prepared that we ate well past the point that we should have. Such a great experience!Thank you to all! And I have to apologize to the young lady that removed our dessert dishes, I startled her with an ill timed prank and should not have done that. My sincerest apologies.Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

This place is amazing 1) the food is very good 2) the choice of German beers on tap is well done. 3) the local pils on tap stands up to the German biers. (Yes, I’m a beer snob). Lastly they took the time to do an authentic facade on the building. The tables out front could be right out of a Biergarten. Give it a shot! We’ve been here a few times. Never been disappointed.

Delicious!! Had the jaeger schnitzel with spatzel, pretzel, and potato salad. Schnitzel was perfectly crisp and spatzel was fresh. Pretzel was soft and warm and paired well with the various mustards and beer cheese. Cool atmosphere and a nice break from the busyness of the Boulder foot traffic.

In Colorado for a few days and been wanting to try this spot. Spent the night in Brighton so drove to Boulder....cool place...love the vibe inside. Service was good and loved the food. Pleanty of appetizers like Polish Pierogies & Bavarian Poutine. I ordered the fish n chips (Pangasius Fish) and they were delicious with fries and slaw. Others had the Ruben sandwiches. Cold beers on tap...nice selection of beers. Restaurant is clean and well run. Nice outdoor dining area but it was cold outside- still snow on the ground from a storm they had just prior to getting to Colorado! So it was perfect!!

What a great authentic German restaurant in the heart of Boulder CO.With a great authentic german beer selection on tab. I really do enjoy how they serve their beer in 1 liters and half liters just they do over sea.The service was great even that it was a little busy when I went. I ordered the Jager schnitzel which came out hot and fresh. Easily one of the best schnitzel I've had in the states.I'm really excited to come back and drink some more beer and try more of their food.
