Having traveled in liguiria I fell I love with the idea of a pastaria where you can buy fresh pasta at a reasonable price.I am so happy that the press opened in Boulder so I can get that experience without making it myself. Great pasta and sauces at reasonable prices.My nits would be an annoyance at having to use a tablet to order instead of talking to a human and the large quantity of plastic you get from typical order. I was looking for pizza and Pasta Press came up, I knew they didn’t serve any pizza but the pasta looked enticing and decided to give it a try to end our night.I can not tell you how DELICIOUS our food was. I ordered the Arrabiata and my wife ordered Cacio De Pepe and it was the absolute most delicious pasta we’ve ever eaten in our lives.
