Absolutely wonderful place to celebrate, the atmosphere couldn't be better and both service and food were immaculate. Our server Alyssa stands out as phenomenal and truly made our night. Cannot thank her or the other staff enough for the absolutely delightful experience.Dietary restrictions: Very good for gluten free, especially considering bread can be so hard to do well.

We are big Postino fans. After trying out the one in Boulder, we've tried a couple others in Denver and they are all amazing. They have wonderful appetizers and salads. The mushroom fondue is truly special. The only thing we didn't care for was the bruschetta. I guess I was not expecting it be served cold. But that could be a total preference thing. We also found the waitstaff to be top-notch. There has been a consistency across-the-board in each of the locations we tried. It's definitely a new family favorite for our two kids in college when we go to pick them up.

We ate there this afternoon and this was our first time at this location. We had a party of 9 and there was a blonde server with a purple sweater. When our food came out we took a moment to get situated with who ordered what. She was rolling her eyes at us multiple times and was rude.she was passive aggressive and didn’t check on us. As a server of almost 10 years. I was very disappointed in this, and will not be returning to this location. Food was great as always!!

Two years ago, I met and fell in love with my beautiful girlfriend. In that time, Postinos has played a vital role in our Monday nights and any happy hour needs we've had. That is, until last night, when a bartender (Kennedy) awakened a lesbian fantasy within my lovey girlfriend. She has since left me (I can only assume to try to be with the bartender,) but thankfully, Postinos continues to have the best happy hour deal on pearl. Here I sit, enjoying a $6 pitcher openly weeping while I come to terms with my love life. Great atmosphere!

Yum! Happy Hour from 12-5 what a deal! And great service! Shout out to Alyssa and James for hitting the ball out of the park, so great! Food, service, bevies, ambiance, people 10/10! Just sayin' on the way back from Frisco we'll be coming back tomorrow. ‍ If this were my town, I'd be a regular. Hats off! Can you come to Santa Barbara???

Though our first experience at Postino wasn't stellar, we decided to give it another try. Big mistake. Service was so bad we left without ordering. Upon arrival, on Sunday, March 10th at about 1:20pm, we asked the hostess if we could sit outside. She took us out to the patio, where we saw a nice seating area that included a couch and patio chairs with cushions. We asked her if we could sit there, and she said yes. We sat, looked over the drink and food menus, and decided what we would order. The hostess then rushed back out and said, oh, sorry, I didn't realize that a party of six has been waiting for this seating area for quite a while, so I'm going to have to move you so that they can have it. (We knew that this was a lie, because we had just come through the restaurant, and no party of six, or any party of any number, was waiting for anything. The place was half-empty.) She moved us to a cramped table, and sure enough no party of six was ever seated. The couch and chairs remained empty. I do feel sorry for the hostess. The poor thing is only a one-step thinker, who never realized that we would very clearly see that no party of six ever appeared. You know what? Don't just blatantly lie to customers. What would have been an appropriate thing for her to have said? Perhaps something along the lines of, I'm sorry, I didn't realize that this area is reserved for larger parties of people, so I need to reseat you. That would have been perfectly fine, because it makes sense. But don't freakin' lie. Doing so is rude and insulting. So, we were now sitting at a cramped little table. A server brought us water. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. Fifteen minutes later, the server still hadn't returned to take our order. So we left. Never to return again. Fun follow-up. A half-hour later, we happened to walk back by Postino. And guess what? Two people- a total of two and no more- were seated on the outdoor couch. The couch that the hostess had hustled us off of not long before. I don't know why some restaurants do things like this. They are rude to the customers they do have, in the hopes that other customers might somehow materialize, who will then be given much better treatment. (In Louisville, for instance, there is a restaurant that seats people who have made reservations at the worst tables, leaving open the best tables for potential walk-ins.) From a purely business perspective, why on earth wouldn't you treat as best as possible the customers who have actually walked through your door and want to spend money at your establishment? Getting people to walk through your front door is the most difficult and crucial step in running a successful business. Retaining those customers is also crucial. Yet Postino takes customers who have walked through its front doors, lies to them, and then provides no service at the second, bad table. Not only has Postino lost our future business, but now when any friends, acquaintances, colleagues ask us our opinion of Postino, we will relay to them the facts of our experience. A last observation. When Postino first opened, it appeared to be very popular, always full of people. But now, on a gorgeously warm and sunny Sunday, when every other restaurant on Pearl Street was packed to capacity, Postino was only half-full. The fact of that speaks volumes. We should have listened.

Drove up to Boulder for lunch and chose Postino - so happy with the decision! Very nice atmosphere, great food (we had the roast beef panini and the chicken mozarella panini), and great servers.Kid-friendliness: Our toddler was given a kiddy menu with crayons.
