We had the cauliflower, burger, Bibb Cobb, Caesar, Korean chicken, polenta. Everything was great except the Caesar was just good and polenta was a bit flavorless. Overall, highly recommend. “A fine Vietnamese restaurant with the items you’d expect and some interesting cocktails. The interior and seating are cozy with lots of plants.Coming from San Jose my wife’s bar for Vietnamese is high and thought the Bun bowl was atypical with warm noodles and was surprised the egg roll wasn’t cut up. My fried rice was tasty enough and well presented, but maybe a bit salty.I’d definitely come here again.“

Service was not the Greatest, we sat at the bar and our bartender started her vacation the next day, so she had already checked out, wasn't overall friendly.“
“We came here with a mild hesitation with the 4.2 rating. However once we looked at the food photos, we decided it was worth the try, and boy did it pay off! Food and drinks were stellar. We were a group of 8 and we were seated immediately. A variety of food and drink alterations were needed for dietary reasons and all were accommodated. “Where to begin? This was our first time eating at Ember and we absolutely loved it. My husband and I are big foodies and love to try new (to us) and interesting places. This place was amazing!We both had the scallop appetizer and it was one delicious bite after the next. Like a food adventure. So many different flavors in every bite. The presentation was also incredible and creative.The steak and quail entrees, again an incredible food journey we didn’t want to end.Overall a 10/10. If we lived in Breck we would frequent this place often.You have to try it, you won’t be disappointed.“
“Family of 10...restaurant is very cool atmosphere, however some of the people at the bar (which was very close proximity) got loud and you couldn't have a conversation. Food was great! Service was ok. The servers were extremely polite and helpful, but seemed overwhelmed with customer. I would recommend, but be patient...cocktails were great too!!!“
“We just enjoyed the nicest family dinner! We sat by a huge beautiful real fireplace in a nice large Colorado and it had a Western Saloon feel to it. The staff was all very friendly and even the Chef came out to our table. I enjoyed a hearty Chili and my husband and daughter shared a huge Tomahawk Steak that they said melted in their mouths. My other two sons each enjoyed home made mac and cheese and chicken and a Philly cheese steak special. My daughter also enjoyed a local Bourbon. Really good live music shows after the dinner rush concludes. “This was our first time entering and Absinthe Bar - when you enter you will go down a dark wooden stairwell. The bar has a casual - low key - moody vibe. The drink master was very helpful and helped us a pick a drink that was amazing! I had the Herbsainte and the anise flavor was forward and wonderful.“

“My family and I had to stay in Breckenridge due to a blizzard from Winter Park to Denver. I had the corned beef and cabbage. My husband had the shepherd's pie. My daughter had the Irish stew. It was perfect on a cold winter's night. Portions were perfect for a hungry family of 3. The best dish though was that Irish stew. Deliciously perfect potatoes withe equally perfect beef in a rich gravy. My daughter ate part of the bread bowl as well as everything inside. Would totally recommend!“
