“During our long weekend getaway in Vail, we were drawn back to Matsuhisa several times! Each visit, we were warmly welcomed by Elena at the bar, who truly enhanced our dining experiences with her charm, friendliness, and excellent suggestions for both food and wine pairings. We can't speak highly enough of the black cod lettuce cups and any sushi selections Elena guided us towards! Thank you for the memorable moments - already eagerly anticipating our next visit!“
“One of the quintessential locals bars in Vail. Great vibe if you are into a sawdust on the floor locals divey type vibe. Definitely a Boston centric feel. Regardless, great patrons, great staff, and a great room to catch a bite and a drink if you are trying to avoid the over embellished typical ski resort lobby bar and you actually want to hang out in a place with character.Vegetarian options: Not many, typical bar fareKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome“
“Almresi serves authentic German and Austrian cuisine, with a Vail flair. From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave, you are transported to a totally different place. There's just something special about snuggling into the cozy seats adorned with throws to help you warm up after a day on the slopes, while sipping on your favorite apré ski beverage, and enjoying their famous fondue, or taking it easy for some pretzels and schnitzel, or the absolute best, their Alm Pasta Sud Tirol. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Vail.“
“Went to Mountain Standard twice during my week in Vail. John, manager of the bar, took my name and found me bar seats within 30 minutes both times. Great food. Don’t miss the group special for two!!Vegetarian options: Salads. Baba Ganoush.“
“One of our more reasonably priced meals in Vail. Solid choice for grabbing some tacos and margaritas - we tried 4 different tacos all were large and delicious (the Hot Korean was our favorite). Be aware of the hot sign on the menu, some of those tacos are extra spicy!“
“We travel once a year to ski beaver creek and always return to Up The Creek in Vail for the magnificent view. Fantastic food. Excellent service. And everything else you can think of!!! Love the kefir lime in chicken tortilla soup! I love the relaxed atmosphere.“
“I miss Vail, the Blu cow, the Li4onshead one, shes awesome. Can't wait to come up and check it out. I haven't tasted a better, perfectly balanced and spiced hot dog extra links and sprouts. keep you warm and full during and after your day on the mountIn. am absolute must see, eat, drink, socialize“
“Steven Teaver the owner was awesome! He opened up a little early to allow us Oregonians to check out Bad Kitty Lounge! Made us feel like long time friends! The suspended mirrored ski boot was a spectacular touch. Were there 08/23/21. Going through some of our Colorado vacation pics and had to comment on this place.“
“Located within the Sonnenalp the King's Club is a great spot, with an authentic German feel, to sit down and have a drink after a long day of skiing or hiking. We'll normally stop by the King's Club for a drink before dinner at one of the Sonnenalp's three restaurants on site. Their valet gives you 3 hours of free parking as long as you dine at one of the restaurants on property which is very nice!“
“We visited Montauk twice during our stay. Food was delicious. Our server, Alex, was so great that we requested him for our second night of dining. They were very accommodating through out the entire meal. We will definitely dine there again on our next trip to Vail.“
