“We loved El Bodegón. It was our first time visiting, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. We ordered the baked sweet potatoes as an appetizer along with some wine. The entree options are all awesome. We ordered the skirt steak and salad, as well as the milanesa sandwich, everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place.”

“Had dinner at Homestead Bar and Grill last Saturday and it was beyond delicious! Chef Tommy has outdone himself with the new winter menu. I had the crab cake special and they were the best that I have ever had! Seriously better than any that I have had on the East or West Coast! His mashed potatoes were stellar as well and I am a mashed potato snob! The Tomahawk pork chop was also phenomenal and Alex had the ricotta dumplings, which were also delicious! Can’t wait for them to open again next week after their holiday break!”

“We really enjoyed our first visit. Great space and service. Food was fantastic with big portions. It was hands down the best general tso chicken and I’m forever ruined. Will absolutely hop by there any time we are in Carbondale. We got Mongolian beef, general and chicken fried rice. The dishes together would have easily fed 4 people so we get tasty leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I’d highly recommend to everyone. If you’re a vegetarian they have a pretty expansive selection for you.”

“Incredible, flavorful, satiating food. The Som Tom Loa salad(green papaya) is crave worthy. The spicy green curry, the short ribs, the fried chicken-I could go on and on about the delicious food. Friendly atmosphere and fantastic service, especially if you get Lacy or Amber Sparkles. Solid drinks and it’s easy to make a reservation. Overall one of the best restaurants in the RFV. Well worth your money. Eric the owner will ensure you receive nothing but the best. 10/10”

“I was born and raised on the Mexican border, I moved to Aspen four months ago, and I've been searching for decent Mexican food constantly, and I found some decent places and many places were not good at all, but I stumbled into this place today and it is officially the best Mexican food in the entire Roaring Fork Valley, hands-down. Exceptionally authentic, delicious, mostly organic, excellent service, clean & wonderful atmosphere, great menu with many awesome authentic choices, the food is made to perfection, and the prices are oh so pleasant! This place is the best, I am so lucky I live closeby, I will be eating here on the regular without fail! If you want the real deal, don't waste your time going anywhere else, come here -- this place is the clear winner!”
