“Googled best restaurants in Castle Rock and this one came up. We had fried mushrooms and garlic bread for an appetizer and they were delicious. My brother and sister-in-law had the chicken marsala and they said it was absolutely delicious too. I had the penne pasta vodka with meatballs and talk about a huge serving! I was able to take enough home for two more meals. Oh, and it was fabulous! We were totally impressed with the food and the service! They got a calzone to go to and it was huge! Highly recommend and we will be back!Parking: It was a bit hard to find as there was not a large sign up high, only the sign on the door.“
“I love this place. Food is great, pricing is great and they don’t beg for tips yet they could and deserve them! Place is always clean and staff is always friendly.definitely recommend. You all will love it. It’s even healthy yet still very tasty.“
“Really good hot dogs in a comfy hang space with a full bar. They very nearly got the Chicago style hot dog correct (sprinkled with poppy seeds instead of celery salt) but it was delicious nonetheless. I would spend a lazy afternoon here having a few cocktails and a few dogs. We will likely come back here to this relaxing gem in the heart of castle rock.“
“Hailey and Jacob were the epitome of excellence! It was just a couple minutes before closing on Easter. My son and I were very hungry after lots of hard manual labor that day.Their customer service was superb. Hailey and Jacob greeted us as if it were the middle of dinner time, not moments from closing and about to go home time. They were patient, friendly, and accommodating.“
“Fun engaging atmosphere for pizza or the full menu of Scileppi'sMy boyfriend and I love to sit at the bar and share a bottle wine. I love to order their pizza by the slice; the sauce and crust are perfect. He enjoys their fettuccine, which may be the perfect balance of cream, butter and cheeseMegan is wonderful, engaging and attentive. My teen children and I also love to grab a table here and enjoy them full menu.Eggplant fries, Parmesan fries and garlic knots are a must.“
“Have always been a super fan of Chick-Fil-A. Always get the Southwest Salad...9 out of 10 times, it's amazing. But today....bad, bad and more bad. Wilted and soft lettuces, bad tomato, and most of all...hardly any chicken on the salad. Maybe the chicken market is causing them to pull back on amounts of chicken on salads...not sure...but when it has always been covered with chicken; today's bounty was barely noticeable. It was just the worst 10$ ever spent at Chick-fil-A. Will still go back ... hoping this was just a fluke.“
“As lucky as you can get during Restaurant Week, we were seated by the owner Kim and really lucked out with our server Sam. Kim was so gracious as she told us about how we could order. When Sam came to take our order she helped us select the right delicious dishes for our dinner. The restaurant itself is modernized Old City Castlerock and is really cool. It has been serving up awesome dishes for 19 years. The Denver Restaurant Week menu is fantastic with your choice of 3 appetizers, 4 main course delights and last but NOT least 5 dessert choices. When it’s not restaurant week the menu selections multiply not to mention the beverages, for instance they offer you a choice of many different vodka, gin and rum drinks not to mention wine and beer and nonalcoholic selections to choose from. Simply put, The Union has everything you would want to feast on and the portions and service will be everything you could possibly hope for.Next time you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience come to The UNION Bistro, you’ll be glad you did.Parking: There is plenty of parking but when you first arrive you might think it’s crowded. Just look you find a perfect parking space.“
