“I needed someone to try to copy Claim Jumper's Chocolate Motherlode Cake for my wife's 40th birthday..it's her absolute favorite cake in the whole world and she only ever wants it once a year. Finding someone to make it over the years has been difficult. I hit up Norma's on Tuesday hoping to have it ready by Thursday, sent them a screenshot of what I wanted and they got the quote to me which was comparable to what Claim Jumper charges. I picked the cake up Thursday afternoon and gave it to my wife when she got home and it was a hit. Came out perfect, everyone loved it. Even those that claimed to not like cake or chocolate that much, but, most importantly wife 100% approved! Thanks for coming through!“

“Oh hello. I was curious about this place because the hours were so limited but holy mother. This place is *outstanding*.Everything we tried was delicious. Like EVERYTHING. It was all incredibly reasonably priced as well?Nightingale is mostly just a window to sell their goods out of, so there is no where to sit in inclement weather. That said; we went on a nice Saturday morning and there were a bunch of picnic tables to enjoy our breakfast at.We got:-Fennel and fruit roll. Whole wheat roll w licorice and dried cherries and raisins I think. It wasn’t bad by any means but everything else was just so good.— Morning bun. Good lord inject this into my veins. Cinnamon puff pasty in a muffin like shape. Perfect texture-Everything roll - croissant scraps mixed with garlic and everything seasoning. Super delicious.- Italian focaccia. We ate this later in the day but it was fantastic too.By no means a heathy breakfast, but definitely a delicious one. “Super cute, cozy bakery shoppe. The cupcakes were divine: strawberry, lemon, chocolate, and my personal favorite almond.Witnessed the care and fun of a couple tasting for their wedding cake. Price for cupcakes makes stopping here a better buy than your daily coffee habit. They even had GF brownies!“

“Fun German delicatessen, bakery, and German food imports. Even the employees can speak German, and are so friendly! I enjoy the people, food, and adventure. I love German mustard, marzipan, and sausage. It's a bit tricky during the holidays. Shop early to avoid the crowds. It's also bit small, and can easily get crowded. I prefer going in the morning, and for Christmas gifts it's good to get your shopping done before December.“

“I heard about this place from a coworker who thinks they're the best cookies in Colorado Springs. I like Crumbl a little bit better, but both are really good choices.Crumbl cookies are a little bit bigger and come out really soft every time. The few times I have been to Sasquatch, the cookies feel like they were sitting out and were warmed up prior to giving them to me. Sasquatch probably tastes slightly better than Crumbl, though.“

The loaded fries at the burger place was so so - need more loaded toppings. Unfortunately the pizza and bbq places were closed but would like to check them out next time.Updated:Dinged a star as I wish there was music outside to enjoy while hanging out.The pizza is decent from Decents and the loaded fries from Spark is a must have.“
“I always enjoy walking into the Creek Walk Crumbl Cookie . They always greet us when we walk in the door. Also, the store itself is so clean and inviting when you come in, and of course, the service is really quick and the cookies are always presented to us before we take them out and of course we are Crumbl cookie fans. “Throughly enjoyed the Lasagna class with the Mocha Murder Mystery. The lasagna class inspired us to get our pasta maker out and recreate the ease in which she taught us to make pasta noodles. The tips resolved the issues we had with texture in particular making pasta on our own. While the lasagna cooked, the Murder Mystery entertained us...if only we had listened to a member of the group who held the key to solving the mystery! Finishing the night off with lasagna capped off a wonderful evening. We enjoyed the left over lasagna later in the week.“

Even though there seemed to be a lot going on in the work atmosphere, my server Alyshah did an excellent job, handling all the pressure of her job and making sure all of her guests at every table were efficiently taken care of. But specifically myself and the guests at my table, Ms. Alyshah went above and beyond for us. She is the reason why I would return to Perkins again and again. “They are located inside Maverick on Peterson Rd. I use to love it being here until I was only able to get already boxed up to take home and heat up in microwave.They are located at back of store with a small space. They have just enough space for oven and counter top. Not big or fancy and if you don't know Cinnabon products. You would think they just a part of Maverick.I'm hoping one day you can buy fresh out oven here again but besides that...Them buns are off the hook. “Outside the Breadbox is great for those who have several food allergies! I have a 6 year old son who is severely allergic to most of the top 14 common allergens plus several other food allergies. I sincerely appreciate their company’s mission and for helping families with food allergies have a safe option for baked goods. Their vegan oat bread is the only safe sliced bread I’ve been able to find for my son and it will continue to be our repeat order. My son loves them so that makes us huge fans! “Exceptional service - the kind you rarely receive these days. The menu is a mix of seafood, steak & veal, pasta dishes like fettuccine jambalaya, lamb... Everything we've had there is fantastic, including the dessert menu. Modest bar, wine & whiskey selections but great craft cocktails and martinis. Unpretentious atmosphere where you can score great views of Pike's Peak. Highly recommend.“
