“Solo at the bar for happy hour. Lettuce wraps are a staple and they were extra good on this day. I usually will order the Mongolian beef or honey sesame chicken and shrimp. Service is always great and if you want dessert, order the Great Wall of chocolate. I came for a challenge I was doing on a YouTube video finding the best chain restaurant espresso martini. “Best Gluten Free Chinese food I’ve ever had! Me and 2 of my daughters have gluten and dairy issues, one has celiac. We have eaten here many times and never gotten sick! The food is so good! We always order GF for everyone in the family so we can all eat it and no one can tell a difference! The owner is Amazing! Great service! Love this place so much!!“

“I showed up in person to order take out on Christmas Eve. They were super busy but so efficient and friendly. Delicious meal! I love Kung Po but only with vegetables. I get tired of the tofu offerings. Overseas willingly made an all vegetable option for me loaded and spiced delicious. Amazing price because you get a Huge serving good for at least two days or several eaters plus a soup and an egg roll and a wanton at the price I normally pay just for the main dish. Ordered extra egg rolls which are more like spring rolls and so good. Will definitely return.

Vegetarian options: They made me all vegetable Kung pao. Delish

“Our family came here on Father's Day for a family celebration. We were a group of 18 and the staff at this restaurant took phenomenal care of us!! The food was delicious and surprisingly quick!! Highly recommend!!!“

Out of every Chinese restaurant in Colorado Springs you will not find family homemade fried rice and the variety of soup this location makes. “Absolutely love this place! Their food is delicious! Went Monday night to pick up food for the Nuggets game and I picked it because someone had mentioned it was good, which is an understatement! Then went back tonight to dine in with my mother in law and a friend. They offer combos for dinner too, most places only do combos with soup and egg roll at lunch. They offer a single combo which includes a huge bowl of soup, spring roll, wonton and choice of fried or steamed rice and it was only $13.95!! The servings were huge. I brought home enough for 3 more meals. The hot and sour soup was the best I have ever had! The staff is wonderful and on top of things. The best part? They have the most adorable little cat robot, that just carries out the food to your table. Which is nice because it all comes at once and the server doesn’t have to carry it. This little robot does not replace the staff by any means, but have to say she was so cute, talking to us I felt I had to talk back to her too! lol ! “I love this restaurant. They have so many things to choose from and the food is delicious. My favorites are the Singapore Mai Fun noodles (thin rice noodles made with yellow curry, veggies, chicken, beef, pork and shrimp) and Schezhan Egglant (I add chicken to mine). We've gotten to know the owner and all the employees (who have been there since we started going there - they all seem to love working there). It feels like they are family. It's my favorite place.“

“Been going to Tao's for years now. It's my favorite family owned Asian food restaurant. Kind and generous staff serving yummy and very affordable food. The owners have come out and greeted me on several occasions and have been proud to sponsor the local wrestling team's dinners on multiple occasions. We hosted our wedding reception lunch and they were helpful all along the way. Along with being very affordable. They offer all ranges of food for everyone regardless of spice tolerance, enjoyment of Asian cuisine, etc. My grandmother who grew up on strictly American food enjoyed Taos and would order it for our family dinners on every occasion.

“Really tasty take out or delivery food. Entree portions are always big enough to share, or you can stretch one order to cover a couple of meals. Only three stars for service and atmosphere because the rice is a really small portion especially if you order for three or more, the online pay portal accepts tips, but the receipt on pickup is printed in a way prompting a second tip (can’t even see tip you already paid on p/u receipt), and dining in is just okay (normal strip mall seating vibe). I do recommend the food for flavorful take out or delivery!“

“Great Chinese food with very clean and quiet atmosphere. The staff are always very friendly and smile and the food is very good. I love their Chow Fun noodles with either beef (real beef, not some chopped up substitute) or pork and I always get a large wonton soup with my dinner order. Your choice of free white rice or fried rice with dinner items. Their fried rice and Chow Fun are delicious and are my favorite from other Chinese restaurants and their serving portions are very generous. Not many Chinese restaurants serve Chow Fun, but this place makes the best, in my opinion. Always very fast service. My take out is always ready in about 15 minutes tops. I definitely recommend this place. The ladies there will take care of you with a smile!

Parking: The restaurant is in a shipping plaza across from Kumon and Dollar Tree shops so you will always have plenty of free parking!

Wheelchair accessibility: I cannot remember if there is a ramp for wheelchairs, but the sidewalk edge is low enough to easily get a wheelchair over.“

“Ordered a lunch special vegetable lo mein with egg drop soup. Service was fast and the lady who greeted me was friendly. Lo mein was yummy and i feel like it was a decent portion size for the price. However, the egg drop soup has a thick, kinda strange consistency. The taste was fine and normal for egg drop, so it may not be an issue for others, just not my favorite.“

I’d also like to add that anyone who says that this place is “just like other restaurants” needs to get their taste buds checked. Just the breaded chicken alone lacks the fats that other restaurants leave in them. Noodles are flavorful and sauces are exquisite.“

This is a low-cost fast food restaurant that employs high school and college students, so the people with the 1 star reviews need to relax. It's in an affluent area, so there's going to be quite a few of highly critical pompous gen-Xers and senile boomers leaving asinine reviews.

Anyway, if you want fast and very good Americanized Asian food, then eat here. I can feed my entire family of 6 for about $40 when I get a couple bigger plates and a couple extra sides.“

“I have dined in, had food delivered and to go orders from New China Inn II for the past eight years. They have very good service, exceptional food and rapid delivery service. I have introduced friends to the restaurant and none have been disappointed. One of my friends lived several places in Asia and said their food was exceptional for the States and better than most places in LA & San Francisco. I would recommend that they stop using so much fake crab meat in their seafood dishes.“
