Customer relations through this bakery are terrible. I am planning a party for a client, and I called to discuss a price quote and the selection offered by Dr. Sweet's for the birthday party, which will be one and a half months from now. The man on the other end of the phone was rude and disgruntled. He yelled at me, "No! NO. I'm too busy!" and hung up on me. I understand if your business is bustling and you cannot make the time for large orders, but being rude and condescending...read full review
