We have gone to this place at least once a month for 3 years and always have a pleasant time. There are a few things I would like to bring up. There have been a few instances where the service being one server we had who was quite unpleasant and also a when the portion of schnitzel has been unreasonably small which is unacceptable. But other than that, this restaurant provides an amazing and tasteful experience. The food taste is excellent.
My wife and I had a delightful experience at Edelweiss German Restaurant. From the moment we stepped in, we were transported to a charming Bavarian atmosphere, complete with cozy wooden interiors and the sound of authentic German music. The ambiance alone would have earned five stars!Now onto the food – it was simply fantastic. I ordered the Sauerbraten, and it was cooked to perfection. Not "quite" 100% Bavarian, but as close as it gets. The food was great. The waiter, Andre, was terrific. Sole complaint was that the accordion player was a bit loud for the small room we were in; but he'll be great in the biergarten when it gets warmer in the evening.
