We came for late night snacks and a work-away-from-home situation, and they were very accommodating to both our food requests and letting us sit near an outlet. Laura especially was very kind and courteous and seated us quickly, made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in periodically throughout the night.
Laura was FANTASTIC!!! Food was terrific. I had the beef tips! YUM. But Laura made the meal even BETTER. She was friendly, professional, attentive, anticipated our needs, and even offered us "to go" cups for our drinks. She understands was TRUE customer service is. We were there with a friend and I gave her a cash tip. She needs to be a trainer and then a manager. I was in customer supervisor for 25 years. If I wasn't retired I would try to steal her.
