Creative and exceptional food in a pleasant contemporary atmosphere. Reasonably attentive service from amiable servers. They are busy and maybe a little understaffed that night. Fairly priced for what you get and that is a mostly top tier experience. But, still, its not the Penrose Room. Let's hope the Broadmoor brings that back soon.
Although the food was excellent as was the service, the value for money was low because it was quite expensive (about $125 per person with each person having one glass of wine). As a note, they automatically added 20% gratuity.

Took my family to the Summit for my wife’s birthday. Great atmosphere, truly professional and friendly staff. The food was amazing. We had the stuffed egg plant pasta, the sablefish with artichoke soup, and our daughter had the kids menu. Only remembered to take photos of the desert but the meals were amazing.Parking: The restaurant will validate your parking for the garage so it’ll be free. We used the valet and the car was parked right in front.
