Just when I thought that this location has improved and it has awesome people working there and actually caring about their customers I am greeted with those staff that obviously look at their jobs as just jobs and because they work at Taco Bell they can treat people however they want to treat them. Kinda of a weird experience. There was like 10 of us and I guess they ran out of beef so they just changed all of our food to chicken. I guess that's ok but they didn't even ask us if that's ok they just assumed.
