“My first time here, this space used to be something else... Always a stop before Ogden shows. I was delightfully surprised when they had a well-made ESB on Nitro! This is my favorite style of beer, and (US) brewers tend to f*** it up. This one did NOT disappoint. Owner & staff were super-nice, their beers are stand-up. Before a show, or just if you live in Denver, check this place out!“
“The beer was good. A bit more expensive for beer than I care to pay, but it was a good albeit expensive beer. The pizza on the other hand wasn’t anything special. The plain cheese was 4.50/slice and was mediocre. The staff was friendly, but at times was forgotten.“
“Great brewery! Everything I tried was great. Was especially surprised by the low abv English Mild. It was like 2.5% but had great body and flavor. The staff and brewer were all extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to return.“
“Love this place! I attended a private event tonight for the East High Angelaires Jazz show and this place is so great and accommodating. Such a kind staff and the owner was extremely gracious. I had the Vibin' Berry Seltzer and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back with some friends!“
“great service and ambiance! lots of TVs and the food came fresh and hot. mac and cheese was a fan favorite but needed more salt and breadcrumbs, along with the chicken sandwich's. Wouldn't get the salad again but everything else was great. Bees knees is a good option, the hoptimist west coast IPA was also good.“
“I came here after eating lunch for some coffee and loved the variety of seating they provided. It's a really chill and relaxing environment for studying, drawing, catching up with friends, anything really. There's 2 separate areas for ordering stuff. The very front is breakfast/coffee type menu and to the side are beer. Service was fast and swift. Since there wasn't much customers/orders, the latte came out in a timely manner. I stuck around for maybe 20-30 minutes since it was just so nice sitting inside and listening to the music playing overhead while making light conversation. If this place was closer to where I lived, I would love to drop by and just relax on the weekends and draw or something.“
“Tried Black Sky for the first time over St. Paddy's weekend - it was such a relaxed environment for a metal bar, lol. Fun pinball machines, kind bartenders, and delicious beer. Squid ink beer!!! ?will definitely be back & bringing my friends! ♡“
“We stopped here on our way home one evening and were pleasantly surprised. The establishment itself was clean with cheerful staff. The food was delicious. My husband and I both ordered burgers, they were prepared appropriately and their fries are delicious. There were several beers available on draft. I tried the Juice Drop ( 7 ABV) which was a hoppy, hazy IPA. I found this to be a good IPA for those that like hoppier beer. My husband drank a Funslinger (4.5 ABV) which would be comparable to light lager. Both beers, food, and service were all excellent. I would recommend eating here during your stay in Breckenridge.“
“Great atmosphere, great staff. One of the best spots to hang out, have a beer and watch sports. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bartender with the glasses and the red beard was friendly and was very on point with his beer knowledge.“
“We live next door and have been waiting for something to open in the previously vacant space. We came opening weekend and it seemed like they were operating smoothly - and it was pleasantly busy! Above average beer list, seemingly all local/from Colorado, and prices were standard. Will be back.“
“Really more like the bar under them just that they have AC Brewing’s beer on tap as well as a full bar and we’ve the same food menu as below. They make thing confusing by having a website run by Coors for the place but Tom’s Watch Bar below also has a website showing what they actually have on tap. Why they can’t combine the two so you can see everything in one place, I don’t get. The bar is nicely designed with some outside patio spots but mostly inside with a few simulated golf stations.“
“I like the food here the pretzels with cheese are yummy as well as the nachos. Only critique of this place is the hostesses never know when happy hour is. The last two times I went the hostess said happy hour was over before the time that was reflected on the website. Then I ask my waiter and they say it’s still happy hour. Super weird but this has happened the last two times idk if they’re trying to save a buck or what“
“Large space!Gluten free options. Food was great. Their chips are really good!!! I know that sounds weird, but when you notice how good tortilla chips are - they must be.Staff was very friendly!Seltzers and Kombucha available for non-beer drinkers.Parking lot in front of building or along Chesnut.“
“I came here on a busy night. But my visit went well. The taproom is fairly big and there's outdoor seating. I got a flight of six beers and each beer was excellent. I didn't have any food but it sure smelled good and the options on the menu were appetizing. The bartender was nice and welcoming.“
“Kylie was the sweetest and most energetic server that I’ve ever met. She went through the menu and explained all of the drink options and the history for each. The drinks and food were great. Kate even bought us a round! How great is that? The guests were also friendly. We will be back!“
“What a great spot to have a frosty beverage, and hang out with friends! I love their big pretzels. I love that there are options for non beer drinkers as well. Their frozen Paloma is on point. The vibe here is friendly, casual, welcoming. It’s very dog friendly. They have a few cornhole set ups, a large indoor space, and a great patio perfect for sunny day hangs with friends. The murals on two of the walls are beautiful.“
“Gnome-themed sandwich restaurant. Every sandwich we ordered was delicious, but the highlight were the fries. Would highly recommend the reuben, chicken cutlet, pizza, and carne asada sandwiches, but you can't go wrong with the others. Make sure to get a side of fries!“
“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“
“Always a great time at Bierstadt. Hosted a networking event here with food and drinks. The spread of food was really good with a spread of different sausages, smoked mac, wings, potato salad, cookies and more. Staff was attentive and really friendly.“
“Just randomly drove pass this place on my home from work and decided to stop in for a burger.. do not regret a single bite of it! Burger 5 out of 5, green chile 5 out of 5, good luck finding a better burger! Perfect example of a hidden gem!“
