Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que offers ample parking, a welcoming atmosphere, and a variety of dishes to choose from. While their classic BBQ menu and lunch combos are decent, don't expect top-notch championship worthy ribs or briskets. The Saint Louis ribs can be tough and dry, and the baby backs are somewhat dry too. I'd avoid the burnt ends and brisket, Im not even sure what they are here. Came in for a nice dinner, and had a wonderful time with my husband and kids. We were greeted immediately when we came in by their lovely manager Melissa who accommodated us with a booth. Our server Rachel was wonderful, told us about the menu options and made some recommendations that we gladly went ahead and ordered.
