Everything. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and lovely. Every staff member I met was kind and gracious and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The hotel itself is ideally located and the lobby is cozy and feels classy and warm. There is a downstairs lounge area that was frequently empty where friends could gather, read, work, or play pool.
