Only my 2nd visit to any potbelly, and first to this one. Good sandwich. Apathetic staff (esp the girl with the pierced face who looked like her puppy just died) blasted the worst rap, or whatever it was supposed to be, much louder than the overhead music. I should have known when in the dinner rush hours there were no customers. It was freezing cold when I walked in from outside in the low 70's. I asked the cashier if the air conditioner was on. "uh huh" was my answer and I told him it is very cold in here and got another "uhhuh ". I ordered the meatball,.....so bland I thought I was eating an unseasoned hamburger. I love coming to this shop!! It's always good service. The Workers Rj and Preston are always upbeat and happy to help. They move fast and efficiently. The food is always delicious, the shop is clean and tidy.
