Great build your own pizza, pan recommended. 10 inch would serve 2, but go big and take some home. Fennel sausage with tomato sauce was my choice. Mane a bit pricey but very good!

This is a story of THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION (Cherry Hills) going above and beyond. The other location (17th Ave) had ruined my daughter's birthday. She has allergies yet cravings for Chicago style pizza leaving Paxtis as the only option. So that is what she had asked for her birthday lunch having tried Paxtis before: their dairy free chicago style pizza. And the day before I put the order in, got a promise of an 11:30-11:45 pickup time, and then drove on the birthday 40 minutes to downtown denver from Superior to get the pizza ONLY to find out that they had forgotten to make it. And would require me to wait 30-45 minutes to make it from scratch. And refused to do more than a $8.50 discount to comp me for my daughter having her birthday lunch now ruined and a ton of my workday time wasted. So I left. And called THIS LOCATION (Cherry Hills). And the GM was so disturbed by what happened she baked a pizza herself, and then drove it from South Denver all the way to Superior (Boulder County) so that my daughter could still have what she wanted for her birthday. Who does that? Seriously, who does that? Answer: a location that takes customer experience very seriously. Five stars is simply not enough.

Not a fan of deep dish but I might try theirs. I’m from Chicago. Speaking from experience, their crust is excellent. Almost cracker crispy. The whole wheat has more flavor, though slightly less crispy. Their toppings were good but not great and skimpy for the price. The 14” is a single serving for a big eater.

Such a disappointment. Hadn't been here in quite a while. This place used to be lively, fun and delicious. Food is still decent. As long as you're willing to painfully ....wait.... And wait.... And wait. And then get it all at once. And drink flat beer. To Say we were UNDERwhelmed is an understatement. Won't be back. Miss the old vibes there for sure.

This place has gone downhill since Covid, which is a shame because we absolutely love it. The food is delicious, though overpriced in my opinion. It's the service that has suffered. They close at 9 on Fridays. I called ahead because I wanted to see if that was right, explaining that we planned to arrive at 7:30 and order a deep dish (which takes an hour to make), and asking if we'd be kicked out. The person on the phone laughed and said they close the doors at 9 but we certainly wouldn't be kicked out. at 9:06, they were putting chairs on top of tables next to us. At 9:11, they started vacuuming. At 9:15, they turned the lights off. They literally turned off the lights with us still in the restaurant. So we asked for a box (our food had come out about 20 min earlier) and left. Super disappointing.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would! We ordered an appetizer, salad, and pizza. After 30 minutes none had come out. When we asked the server about it, it was because they forgot to put our order in. They didn’t offer any sort of resolution to the issue and told us to have a great day as we left.

Horrible experience ! We made a reservation for 8 for my daughters birthday dinner with friends a week prior to dinner. The day of the dinner called and asked to add one more and cons confirmed the reservation. Showed up with balloons and 9 people for birthday dinner to be told they don’t take reservations and didn’t have room for us. While basically disregarding our situation and being very rude I asked for the manager. She the. Stated she was the manager, go figure. We left and had an amazing dinner at garlic knot where we were welcomed and had a delicious dinner. Will never go back here and make sure to tell as many friends the same.

Ok. I know it's 5pm on a Tuesday. But I would expect that not to matter when it comes to serving. The host was great (although he looked 13)! Super nice. And the pizza was delicious. BUT the service was terrible, honestly. The water tasted like metal - a fantastic aftertaste of copper and mercury. We ordered artichoke dip that they somehow lost and then found when it was a little too late (pizza had already come). Seemed to us that everyone was stoned including the guy who shuffled out of the kitchen every few minutes and then shuffled back. Speaking of, the music in the kitchen almost overpowered the music in the dining room. Anyway. Sad that this isn't the greatness we remember.

We used to love Paxti's. It was in our Friday nights pizza rotation. Over the last few times we have went it has significantly declined, mainly the service. I ordered a margarita. It was $15 and was slightly more than the size of a shot. It was in a dirty glass. I always order a half salad however when I asked for it the server looked confused and said a half salad couldnt be ordered. Now I have been ordering a half salad for the last several years and all of a sudden there is no such thing. I just went with a pizza. The service was terribly slow and there were only one or two other tables. We were wondering why there weren't that many customers the last few times we have gone and now it makes sense. The prices have gone up significantly and the food and service are no longer worth it. My husband says we will be taking paxti's out of our pizza rotation.

First time in. We ordered water and it tasted like dirt and mud. Our food went to the wrong table (I get that mistakes happen) they addressed it right away but we also waited 20 more mins or so for our food.I usually don't write negative reviews but I was so disappointed.

Paxti's Pizza use to be my favorite pizza place. But if last night is going to be the quality of the pizza and service, I will not return. When arrived at 6:30 we were told that the kitchen was running 15-30 minutes behind schedule. Fine. We ordered immediately and the pizzas came out about 45 minutes later. Check. The pizzas were really horrible. The Margarita Pizza cheese was not melted, just a hard blob white tasteless cheese. The vegetarian pizza crust was thinner than usual and very hard to bite. Service was spotty, the small staff was overwhelmed. I place the responsibility in the hands of the manager. The shiny light was ordering the artichoke cheese dip. Very sad that such a great pizza place is suffering from staffing and poor quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm just glad I was not in a hurry. But it happens. It was a additional 30 minutes of waiting until my deep dish pizza was ready. Perhaps a mistake. I'm not sure? But the wait was worth it! It was delicious ?. And this little extra time is the only reason I gave 4 Stars.

They were pretty quick and constantly checked up on me to make sure I was doing ok and that I was enjoying my meal. Olivia is a great server as well as her manager. Will be coming back again for sure

This place has gone way downhill. Used to love it. It felt dirty, the booths and tables were sticky. The attire of our waiter was unprofessional. He looked dirty and unkept, like I didn't want him touching my food. The food tasted good but took over 45 minutes to get the pizzas. They forgot things we requested and did not provide refills of water or drinks. Will not return. Maybe takeout or delivery since food was good.
