“The food is decent but definitely not top tier. It feels like half the rolls are krab based, and the actual fish is nothing remarkable. It's better than gas station/supermarket sushi, but that's about it. The wasabi is a pale imitation of the real thing: thin and barely spicy. The store is extremely small and it's probably not worth dining in. Service is relatively fast but impersonal; worst of all, they just raised their prices again. So, although I like supporting local businesses, I'd recommend Aji or getting closer to Denver/Boulder to anyone looking for quality fish and great sushi.“
“Good sushi, which is surprising for a place like Brighton. The rolls are on the larger side, so keep in mind when ordering--we always end up with too much.Feels a bit on the pricey side, again especially for Brighton. I think we paid $10 or more for a California roll? I'd expect that price maybe downtown Denver, not up here.Food is good though. Thanks for a good option that isn't tacos.“
