“I was hesitant from so many poor reviews of the service but went to try it out anyway. This place was fantastic! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is absolutely delicious, I definitely will go again. I saw some reviews saying the sushi was bad but I tried some and it was delicious. Don't let the bad reviews fool you, it's a great restaurant!“
“Sit at the bar and splurge on the Omakase experience. Worth it. Don't think about what you want, just let the chef decide for you. You will never be disappointed!Dietary restrictions: You can tell your chef any restrictions and they will work around youParking: $5 valet“
“Sushi is one of my favorite forms of food. I did not expect to have the best sushi I've ever had in Denver. But on a recent stay in RiNo, my wife and I tried out Temaki Den. And the experience was amazing. First, the hostess was phenomenal. Amazing service. Went out of her way to improve our experience. Second, we went with the omakase to try and experience as many things as possible. Third, the nigiri and temaki is amazing. We went to a Michelin Star rated restaurant the night before, and while they was great... this experience was better. There wasn't an item served that wasn't lower than a 8/10. And MOST of the items were 9-10/10. To be honest, it didn't make sense to me. I've watched documentaries about sushi and how important fresh fish is... so how Temaki Den is able to get this quality is beyond my understanding. But it's nothing short of amazing. The ambience is probably the weakest aspect of the restaurant. It's not bad, by any means, but it's not "luxury." The restaurant is located in the middle of a mall-like shopping area. That wasn't a big deal to us, but if you need an "elevated" environment to eat at, this may not be for you. But the service and the food is outstanding and this is probably my favorite spot in Colorado. My thanks to everyone who works here for giving us a fantastic anniversary experience!“
“Best sushi in Colorado, hands down. Not tiny pieces of fish on large pieces of rice. Creative rolls, specials all the time. Hospitality that's great. Sadly though, more people are finding out how awesome this place is, which is wonderful, just means reservations may be needed, but ensures they keep doing what they're very very good at.Agedashi Tofu is phenomenal, comes with a healthy shaving of Bonito.Anything with the berry jalapeño is also a balanced but tasty roll or taco...Oh and fresh Sea Snail, was pretty flavorful. The O-toro is really high quality and it's O-toro. Not like chu-toro or Akami that some others try passing off of something is clearly not.“
“we live in the area and bamboo is our favorite local restaurant! dine in, take out, lunch, happy hour, dinner: it’s always great!highly recommend the friday the 13th, rainbow, and unicorn rolls. miso soup and crispy rice are other favorites.Vegetarian options: we have come here with our vegan/vegetarian pals and they love it as well! they recommend green machine and crispy rice.“
“Always friendly, always knowledgeable, Billy’s staff does a phenomenal job every time to make sure all guests have a memorable experience. This place is great for a date night, Dim Sum Brunch with friends and family, or laughs for comedy on the weekends. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely make it a stop on your Denver adventure.“
“Second time eating here--would definitely recommend! Lovely service, chefs, and environment. Will always recommend their Manhattan and of course, any of the chef specials! Looking forward to my next visit with chefs, Larry and Marin! Excited to try Omakase!“
“100% my new favorite place to get sushi! I came across this place the other day and after reading all the reviews I knew I had to check this place out. Cannot beat their happy hour which is also on the weekends which is so nice. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, can't wait to go back!“
“Went tonight and it was delicious! They were able to accommodate my gluten allergy and were very kind about it. The fish was notebly fresh and honestly some of the best I've had in the country. For sure check this place out.Dietary restrictions: Just tell them you're gluten free before you order.“
“So glad to find this spot in Denver when traveling here. Came here with my two boys and everyone loved it. Sushi was really great and the ramen was outstanding as well. Tonkotsu broth tasted phenomenal and some of the best noodles I’ve ever had. Ramen egg was perfection. The only miss was the pork chasu, rather thin and chewy instead of a thick cut marinated melt in your mouth kind of pork belly. But I’d still get this ramen at least once a week if i lived close by, it’s authentic and superb. They even had a great Japanese IPA on hand. Thanks for the wonderful meal!“
“Very few places deserve a near perfect review. Misaki Sushi earned it. The atmosphere in marketplace is exciting and cool. It is the perfect place for a date night, but it is also loud enough that I wouldn't feel uncomfortable taking my family there. The service was outstanding and quick. The sushi was the best that I have ever had in a landlocked state period. We tried five different appetizers and there was only one that I didn't care for. I could not recommend this place more highly if you're in the Denver area.“
“Sushi neko is a great all-you-can-eat restaurant. It’s our favorite sushi spot in Arvada! The rolls are large and their appetizers are delicious. We tried to go on a Wednesday when they were closed and ended up going to another sushi spot where we got less sushi for more money; and it wasn’t as good either. We love Neko!Plus, the cat themed atmosphere is very fun!“
“The sashimi was delicious but the rest of the dishes that we ordered weren’t all that interesting or well executed.Lighting and aesthetic are well done however the restaurant as a whole simply feels like a place to see and be seen. Bumping house music on a Tuesday... personally not my vibe. For the price and atmosphere I would like a higher level of service and knowledge of the menu from my server. I am a big dessert person, but unfortunately none of the dessert options were all that intriguing and the one we had felt like a total afterthought.. it simply wasn't well done.Overall delicious sashimi, but I wouldn't rush back.“
“It was -5 degrees in the midst of a cold December evening. All I could think about was ramen. This voice in my head was like ramen, Ramen, RAMEN! So after investigating a few different places I went to Udon Kashi for their ramen. It was rather Devine in flavor and texture. Besides the ramen being tasty, the host was super helpful with helping me pick out the right ramen. She was funny too! Give them a fair shake and let me know what you think!“
“I have never liked sushi until I came here. Both my wife and I have never really been fans, but some friends took us here and I fell in love. Their eel dragon roll and the baked roll called “Go Bronco’s” was amazing. The people at the front were also so kind and so caring. It is shocking this place is so small. It deserves all the praise it could possibly get and then some! I will be eating here anytime I think of having sushi, and now because of this place showing me how good sushi can be, will be a lot! Thanks for such a great experience!“
“We ordered the udon thick noodles, mango roll, tempura appetizer, and egg drop soup. All of the food tasted really good. The tempura was a good deal. The food came well packaged and hot, and the delivery driver came at the exact minute of our earliest ETA.“
“My husband and I have been dining here for the last couple of years and every time we are blown away by how delicious and consistent the food is! The service is top notch and the staff are always friendly. Recommend the shumai and salad as starters, also all of the sushi rolls are good quality fish. We have tried all of the ramens and have enjoyed each one- great flavor and authentic. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Denver.“
“This place was pretty awesome! We ate here for the first time last night after a long day at the St. Paddy's Day parade, and the ramen definitely hit the spot! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars was because of the seating arrangements. They have this long table on the other side of the wall when you first come in and we were sat at the end closest to the front door area and it was just a little cramped and the seats weren't too comfortable. Other than that, no complaints!Service was great, they were pretty busy, so I wasn't bothered by the extra time it took for our server to get to us. Our server was G, and we got very well taken care of regardless! Very good service!Food really did hit the spot! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with an egg, he ordered the Shoyu Ramen with the spicy sesame oil on the side (so he could control how spicy it was), and we also ordered some Seared Tuna and Salmon Nigiri and the Volcano Roll! The nigiri was excellent! They are very generous with the size of the sushi for the nigiri, which makes it worth the cost per piece. The volcano roll was also great and had 8 pieces in it. The only gripe I have was with the ramen I ordered. The pork slices were cut a little too thick, and they were a bit dry, and the ramen needed a little more salt added because the flavor was just a smidge on the bland side. However, it was still very good, and I was pleasantly happy with it overall! We had a great first visit here so I do recommend checking this place out if you're in the area, especially if you're staying at the Hilton hotel across the street since it's within walking distance!Parking: Parking is tricky in this area because it's also full of apartments above the restaurants. If you can find a spot, take it.“
“New spot open at 16th & Wewatta downtown -- and I'm always happy to have more sushi around! It's hard with competition like Blue Sushi Sake Grill just a few blocks away -- but here's how I think they stack up. I wish there were more fish/sashimi items on happy hour here (not just the tower and the basic rolls) -- but I also really like the quality of the fish here and availability of things like toro (tuna belly) and yellowtail belly -- neither of which Blue Sushi has. The chef's choice sashimi is a little pricy at $50, but the mega lobster roll is totally worth the $36 if you consider the entire lobster tail inside. Some deets and prices below... LUNCH - Mon-Fri 11am-2pm DINNER - Sun-Thu 4-10pm / Fri & Sat 4-11pm HAPPY HOUR is daily 4-6pm and includes $3 off signature cocktails, $5 hot or cold house sake, $5 Japanese draft beers, $5 house wine, 12 sushi towers (salmon and/or tuna), $5-12 hot bites, and 2 basic rolls for $18. Lunch specials include a sashimi lunch ($25), nigiri & roll combo ($20), sashimi & nigiri combo ($25), poke bowl ($22), spicy chicken or teriyaki bowl ($20), beef bulgogi bowl ($20), and chirashi bowl ($25). Some of my favorite bites I had here: yellowtail sashimi ($20), chef's choice sashimi ($50), and mega lobster roll ($36, but that's with a whole lobster tail in there). You also can't go wrong ordering your favorite sushi/sashimi a la carte -- and I highly recommend the toro (tuna belly) and yellowtail belly! Those aren't cuts everyone carries. Tasty non-fish items are also available, like the kobe hot rock ($30) and wagyu roll (seared table-side, $36).“
“We went for happy hour and had a great time! We went downstairs to the bar and the service was awesome! Friendly staff and laid back atmosphere. We ordered sushi and it came out super quick and we ate it super quick. We'll definitely visit again!“
“We were at the Cherry Blossom Festival and wanted to continue our Japanese cultural experience. We looked up online nearby restaurants… we called and were greeted VERY warmly and inviting and walked here. We had a fantastic culinary dining experience!! Would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be back soon!! Thank you!!“
“Go Fish is our favorite place to go for sushi in the area. Sushi was both delicious and beautifully presented. This visit however, service was not up to par. Waiter seemed to forget to bring our miso soups and ran to get them after bringing our appetizer. And we had a non-sushi eater who ordered from the kitchen. About 15 minutes after the sushi arrived, we had to ask about the order and he panically ran to the kitchen and put the order in. He was very nice and apologetic, maybe just having an off day. They gave us some edamame to compensate for the botched order, but we had already eaten, so that was not appreciated. It was also a birthday celebration which we told them when being seated and also when making the reservation. Normally they acknowledge a birthday with a small dessert (which we would not mind paying for if needed) but this time.... nothing. This experience will not stop us from going back, but the service needs to return to what we usually receive.“
“We usually eat at the P.F. Chang's in Lakewood, but we were close to the Northfield area so stopped in to eat at the Northfield restaurant & boy what a nice difference....so much better at the Northfield Restaurant. This is probably our new favorite PF Chang's. Our waiter Zeke was fantastic...super friendly & provided great service. I looked around the restaurant & seemed like all of the employees (hostesses, bartenders, wait staff) were smiling & very professional. We had the GF chicken lettuce wraps & the GF Singapore noodles with just chicken & both were very very good...the noodle dish was a tad spicy but I'm sure that if you ask for less spice they would tone it down. All in all, an excellent waiter, excellent food . We will definitely be back & ask for Zeke if he is available.“
“Very nice restaurant! I love this place! Amazing lunch for the price! Very nice dinner for business meetings. Staff is very good about refilling water if that's all you're drinking. Nice selection of sake as well. Sushi is amazing!!! Entrées are also amazing!!! Soups are also delicious. I love the Miso soup.“
“Let me start by saying that I’ve had A LOT of sushi in my time, and I know a good and bad roll when I have one. This place continues to be my favorite sushi spot I’ve ever visited and I’m honestly shocked that it’s in Colorado of all places. (Pro tip: the 29th Roll and the Pink Lady are absolutely incredible)“
“An excellent value for the money. Do make sure you arrive early though as they don't take reservations, and you can be inline for a while. Once seated, service was prompt, the food was good, and there was plenty of it. I remember the skewers the best, which reminded me of some of the best street food I've had. I would go again, and would just get there on the earlier side.“
“We are picky about sushi, and this place is great. The dining room is really comfortable and intimate, the sushi chefs know what they are doing, and everything that we ordered was fresh and nummy. Our server did a great job and the miso soup is especially good.“
“I was craving Asian food and great chicken fried rice so me, my hubby and mother in law drove from Parker all the way down to Northville to get some Asian cuisine. I think their specialty is the fried rice and I order my chicken well done but please of all they serve Pepsi products. Kid friendly for sure. The salmon could be better, maybe it’s the cut of the fish. My husband enjoyed the General Lees chicken - he said it was just ok - a little too sweet and needed more spice, more rice but he ate it - he doesn’t waste food. Try it for yourself and it makes for a great night or the entire family.“
“This place is a gem. The staff were friendly, the food fresh and delicious and the vibe is awesome. The funky colors and booths make it feel more like a diner than a sushi place. I am usually hesitant about conveyor belt sushi. But since this place is small the sushi either gets claimed or removed easily. Plus you can see into the kitchen and I always like the transparency that allows.Parking: Tough to find in that part of town! Be careful the streets are tricky“
“We got takeout here for the first time tonight and it was a mixed experience. The location is conveniently located, has plenty of parking, and seems clean. However, the prices are low for a reason: the fish is of mediocre quality, the rolls are sloppily assembled, and a couple of the things we ordered were slightly wrong (eg. ordered Philadelphia roll and got something labeled as spicy salmon, despite correctly containing cream cheese and not being spicy. It wasn't smoked salmon either, though, and it was supposed to be per the menu).tldr; will get sushi here again but only if our regular spot across town is closed. Recommend with reservations.“
“My BFF & I have been looking for a new sushi spot after Namiko's in Arvada closed. I think we found it! All the food we ordered came out pretty quickly, was fresh and beautifully plated. The restaurant itself is beautiful & clean. I definitely recommend stopping in.Parking: It's on a small strip of local shops, breweries & restaurants so you have to park usually a block away.Kid-friendliness: We brought a 3 year old. No kids menu but you may be able to find something they like as long as you don't have a picky eater. They also have highchairs (assuming) and booster seats (100% can confirm).“
“Went here last night for a birthday dinner - was almost completely empty but don't let that fool you! Overall experience was great. The vibe and music was on point and made for a great atmosphere. Mondays they have half price bottles of wine which was a steal (and good wine!). Our serve was super attentive, always replenishing our water and timing our food perfectly. We both had the pork belly ramen, which was fantastic for a non-ramen-focused place. We also had the crispy rice & spicy tuna app which was delicious and the tuna tataki roll which was fab as well. My only complaint is the creme brulee was soupy and not done right so that was disappointing as it was my partner's birthday dessert but they were kind enough to take it off the bill so that was nice. Otherwise I highly recommend!“
“We received their menu in the mail and thought we would try it because he loves sushi and I love my food cooked, there were a lot of choices to choose for both of us, the service and the atmosphere were superb, the food was awesome, this is on the top 3 restaurant list to go back to often. Loved this place.“
“I'd give it a solid 4.5 stars and one of the better places Sushi wise which I have visited in Colorado. The sushi was very good and the place was very clean. The staff was friendly and they had a great selection of fish. The restaurant is very conveniently located off I-25.I look forward to visiting again and trying their specialities to give a broader review.“
“We went through the drive-thru. We got all of the onigiri, and they were the best we’ve had in Denver, including from grocery stores and pop-ups. Well-seasoned with warm + sticky rice. It’s great there is a vegetarian option as well, and it’s the best umeboshi I’ve had here! They also have bowls (some with bland steamed veggies), sushi, ramen, etc.The main problem is we live near Denver downtown so it’s not close enough grrr lol.Vegetarian options: There is one umeboshi onigiri, tofu appetizer, edamame, a sad-looking veggie bowl, sobaghetti, udon, 2 veg sushi, tempura, and a few desserts.Parking: There is also a drive-thru.“
“Spicy Thai and Sushi has some of the best food I’ve ever had! All of their curry bases are vegan and absolutely flavorful. I love the panang curry with tofu and veggies! My husband loves the tropical fried rice. Their restaurant is very clean and welcoming and the customer service is always good. Thank you for everything!❤️?Vegetarian options: Tons! Try the dang panang!! You won’t regret it!Dietary restrictions: The owners and employees are very knowledgeable and contentious about dietary restrictions.“
“Excellent hand rolls and friendly staff. Counter seating only makes it a fun and semi intimate vibe. Don’t order the miso or edamame bc both came out cold but otherwise the food is phenomenal. My wife like this place and the sister restaurant for date nights.“
“We love Kobe An and have been patrons going back 30 years since they were in Lakewood. Marco has done an amazing job with the new -er location and his staff is well trained. His newer sushi chefs are doing a fantastic job which leaves him free to focus more on the front of the house. We told him tonight that the sushi is the best it’s been in the 30 years we’ve been going to his restaurants. The hamachi and mussels were outstanding, as were the rolls and cocktails. The new Kobe An is the real deal.“
“I highly, highly recommend Sushi Aji! Not only are the staff (Stella at the register) and owner (Yuki) very friendly, they are equally efficient, and the food was fantastic! I was serviced immediately upon entering and I ordered to go at the counter. Even after arriving home, my sushi and noodles were packaged wonderfully with no issues or concerns. The establishment was also very tidy and clean. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Japanese cuisine, you know where to go :)“
“Amazing sushi in the Denver area and I live in arvada..I order from them through uber and it's always on time and FRESH. the CRAZY TUNA ALONG WITH THIS MAGICAL SPICY SAUCE IT COMES WITH IS THE BEST COMBO I have ever tasted at a sushi restaurant. I had to add the caps for the understanding of how amazing this dish is. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SUSHI HIGHLY ? ? ?“
“Had a lunch with family there and to be honest one of the best places we’ve been to. Staff is very caring with outstanding service! Their sushi are the best and the freshest I have ever tried! The atmosphere overall was fantastic. Super clean, comfy and friendly! Can’t wait to come back again and will recommend my friends to go and check it out!“
“Sushi was fresh and super tasty!! They have a great variety of sushi and great food. After a delicious sushi our server, surprised us with a complementary yummy dessert!! ?????? just an awesome little treat and great experience for us ☺️?.“
