This is essentially Chili’s curbside. I ordered pickup and was told by the DoorDash app to wait outside and staff would bring my order out.I arrived and a sign told me to wait in my car. I wait for 15 minutes. Nothing. I go inside and the staff is staring blankly out the window- with my order cold behind her, on a shelf.This is fine- if that’s what you’re telling customers. No one to speak to regarding your order. Located inside Chili's but no one there knows how to order and keeps saying on the DoorDash app. I repeatedly said I'm on the It's Just Wings website. Stated I've never ordered from here before can I get two sauces/half and half because not sure if my son will eat either. She worked for Chilis and the conversation went in circles. Mediocre at best. Prices are decent and you get a lot of food, but don’t expect to be blown away. Think if McDonalds attempted wings and It’s just wings is what they created. Oh except it’s from Chilies so about the same. i guess where they lost me is wings only partially covered with sauce. Like legitimately a few with only a couple spots.
