“We order from Cava often and almost as often their are glitches between staff, attentiveness, product supply and poor timing for orders. Tonight was no exception. We were on the far northwest part of town before 7pm thinking "we should order Cava now so by the time we drive to the location it will be ready!" We used the app and ordered 5 different meals. The app said ready at 7:15pm. We arrived on time but our order was no ready. I went in and was asked for the name on the order. At 7:21pm I was told "we're just starting your order." This has happened before. It may be helpful to use a system that accurately provides useful information. We waited another 10 minutes and took our order home. Mine was the Chicken Right Rice subbed with lamb. I got the same thing a few nights earlier and also on a previous order. At home I opened my dish to find not only was there barely any Right Rice but the pickled onions I selected were not included. I'm getting really tired of the lack of attention and service. Cava is losing me and my family's business.“
“By far best place in Fort Collins and surrounding areas for an açaí bowl. The other Rush Bowl near harmony is average at best but this place is excellent. Great service, the people working there are great, friendly and accommodating to any substitutes in any of the bowls. Shout out to the young lad working there recently, never caught his name last two times I’ve been in but he’s super customer service skills.“

“Ziggies has proven to be a wonderful start to a day for us. The coffee is great (I think that the coffee bean quality is better than most, fresher) and the smoothies are lovely. I personally like the mango the best. Super friendly people, too. Another reviewer mentioned that the speaker for the drive up was bad? Well, that is old news. They fixed that problem entirely: the new speaker is easy to find and works just fine.“

“Ding Tea’s drinks and toppings can be slightly more expensive compared to other tea spots, but they’re also of great quality so I’d say it’s worth it. So far I've tried the thai milk tea with boba, which is a delectable treat, and the lychee yakult which is amazingly refreshing. I’d go for the iced lychee yakult if you aren’t sure what to get; it’s a delightfully smooth approach to getting probiotics into your diet. Their boba truly is sweeter than you’d expect it to be, so I'd recommend getting it with half sweetness rather than the regular sugar content. That said, any tea with tapioca pearls from here is immediately ten times better due to the contrast between the boba’s chewiness and the tea’s creaminess. They have a friendly staff and an extremely cozy environment for whenever you’re able to stick around for awhile :)“
“I always have a great experience with the employees and their service. The app makes it convenient to pick up on my way to work. There is always a fun new drink and special deal you keep you coming back.My only issue is that every couple drinks, they get something small wrong, but it's never enough of an issue that I'd go back and ask them to remake it. I also sometimes forget to get my loyalty points and wish the cashier would ask before taking payment.“

She also asked my preference for Graham cracker, since it has honey. So thoughtful! Felt reassuring that they would get it right (as a vegan, it’s always a gamble). For fellow vegans: Highly recommend the pumpkin spice bowl w/coconut milk, (no froyo/honey/graham,) add banana & chocolate chips & soy protein ☺️ yum. Glad I could get my fall pumpkin spice fix somewhere, since Starbucks doesn’t cater any pumpkin drinks to vegans… and it definitely hits the spot.
